Our main focus is the tobbaco cessation market in the USA, so the medical competition is not really competition. Like the recent interview with T&A mentioned the other day they are 2 years ahead of everyone. What news will come next, seeds, patents, food licence, UK deal, trading update or maybe another surprise. I wouldn’t want to be short here. Tick tock...
Dead right supermabs. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say. The next financial statement will be important to support the share price. Assuming there won't be too much delay in getting product to shops the identity of the tobacco retail chain will be public knowledge soon enough.
By the way, I went to the website (UK) to order and try some of the products and became slightly confused about the flavours of the Gummies since they were different flavours on the packaging to the description. Anyway, I have written to the company for clarification on that and a couple of other matters.
I only have a small holding here but the share price has done well over the months I have been holding and there is a huge amount of scope for growth. I am not sure though whether the new entrants into LSE in the medicinal cannabis field will impact on sales with ZOE since I suppose they will also be doing CBD stuff without THC as well.
Best of luck to all holders.

Spinnaker, I’ve askedTrevor previously why some of the RNSs are vague and imprecise. His answer was that he did not wish to lay down a blueprint to success for any competitor out there, whichI guess I can understand. The proof in the pudding will be the next 6 month financials. I think we’ve got some really good results coming, we’ve all done the sums! Just consider some recent RNSs: 28th Oct -crossing the Rubicon order, 24th Nov - AATAC agreement, potentially a further 88,000 stores. And don’t forget we’re also looking at 17 European countries. Don’t let anyone out these convince you to let your shares go for anything less than several multiples of current SP. Valuing the company on previous financial results is incredibly close minded considering where this is going!
Or the other chains may target Zoe
I was pleased to see the sp improve today. The RNS does not state the name of the chain. I really can't think why not.
However it did state it was one of the biggest chains. Smoker Friendly is the only chain with more than 200 outlets https://tobaccobusiness.com/top-25-tobacco-outlet-chains-of-2017/ so I definitely hope it is that one. However due to the paucity of specialist tobacconists in the US I expect that Zoe will target the other chains as well.

I've just looked up Smoker Friendly and they have 852 shops, specialising in smokers requisites. They will sell way more per shop than a gas station so this will be hugely profitable for us. Also they will have vetted Zoetic and the Chill products.
TW put that in your pipe.......... I bought more this morning, just trying to sell a couple of other shares to buy more. This is way way too cheap.
I think this deal with do more for brand building amongst the “smokers” population even more than the AATAC deal despite being a lot smaller number of stores. It will get the Chill brand out there to it’s target audience. Awesome news.
I've already speculated on the other board that it is likely Smoker Friendly which qualifies one of America's largest specialty retailers in the space and a neighbour of Zoe's in Colorado. 800 stores selling say, 5 packs of smokes and chews a day, at 50% profit margins to Zoe. Do (some early) math and this deal alone looks yuuuuge (and I don't think we're done by a long stretch people). To quote a wise man I know well: DON'T. BE. SHORT.
Perhaps the name of the retailer is Gamestop?!!
good update. Why was the name of the company not mentioned in the rns?
John Story predicted a boom, on his latest podcast, if this was to happen. Right under the American consumer's nose...do you want some CBD with that sir / madam?
Pivotal moment and expected market share increase
Great news !
Lovely gubley.....as the CEO say, pivotal agreement...they talk business and do business.
:-)
Should be more shorts jumping this morning.:-). All good for the sp as they buy back. A pound is coming within reach fairly quickly by the look of it.
Astonishing, superb, magnificent news!!!
This BOD are clearly on the ball.
Great news for shareholders.
Unexpected mid week RNS but just confirms the progress being made towards the launch.
Now we just need to wait for the sales numbers to be released to confirm in due course the revenue.
It is all about 2021/2022 numbers but good to see activity.
The gift that keeps on giving
Message to T W, are your eyes seeing this morning's RNS?
Further to the rollout of the new distribution agreement (the 'Agreement'), announced on 19 November 2020, Zoetic's Chill brand of tobacco alternative CBD products is now set to be stocked by one of the largest tobacco-focused retail chains in the US (the 'Retail Chain'), which previously oversaw the growth of one of America's highest-selling tobacco-free nicotine pouch brands. The Group expects to grow market share due to the Retail Chain's significant number of high footfall stores that will sell Chill products from high-visibility point of sale display stands.
