Jonny, it's because of bakky's research he has asked the question about CTDA approval. Nobody else has a clue about it, and the company won't give any answers, so that's not good either. It does beg the question, why are they keeping quiet.
Jonny, tetchy eh! lol As I said shouldn't need to chase around looking at bloody Google, just give the sq footage in the rns, don't need the address either., or bloody email them in Canada.
So Jonny boy, you are so clever and well researched. Do Ygen have approval from CTDA to sell their PCR test since last November? Show me where they appear on the CTDA approved list. Tell me why they can't or won't clarify the situation.
I suppose that email from one or their customers confirming they had stopped using Ygen last November because they were not approved is ''non-researched waffle''. Conspiracy theories eh??
I am a concerned sh who has asked a very relevant question for the company to simply answer, three months+ and waiting. If you want to see waffle and stonewalling, then maybe I can show what the company/Walbrook have emailed me in the last 3 months, then you might change your opinion pal.
So, I await your reply to see where Ygen have been approved or on any CTDA approved list. As you are so well researched it won't take you a couple of minutes will it? So please share your wisdom and superior knowledge!
If you read the RNS Bakky it quite clearly states unit 702. If you look at the link, it shows the square footage of unit 702/703. Please do some research before getting all antsy and posting your conspiracy theories. I think you've shown your credentials quite clearly. If you want to know if they have units 702 and 703 email them in Canada and ASK. Then it might be helpful to post a useful comment and update us rather than conjecture and non-researched waffle.
should not have to Google info, should be in the rns. Anyway what does that show you, is it one of the two vacant or maybe one of the other units at the address. There are 8 to choose from, which are Ygen's.??
Bakky - it's called a Google search...

So, the flurry of news is complete and all had no effect on our share price whilst you lot are complaining enough to make me the biggest bull here!
Oh please sort this rabble out CooperD as the constant concerns and hand wringing are damaging sentiment and holding back our share price and I know you're not happy about moving away from controlled delight to reality LMAO
Hemo, agreed, as mentioned earlier they will be doing a placing in the near future imo. The £5m is peanuts really and I think it's their offering to smooth any upcoming placing. It would not surprise me at all to see 1B shares in the company before they have finished.
Why don't they tell us the actual size of the new facility? Just saying it's four times the size means absolutely nothing. Four times the size of what?
The old unit might have been 300/400 sqf.. so four times that ain't much.
As for comms, well!!
It’s disappointing that the company can’t release any RNSs that move the share price.
Today’s RNSs were weakly positive and can easily be spun negatively.
It’s great that we are putting in place non-dilutive funding to finance our growth and SVB seem an excellent partner, but £5m is not enough and if we are going to make a meaningful acquisition it will likely need to be supplemented by a dilutive equity raise. To my mind, it is more likely funding to support the growth of the business in terms of the working capital increase required. Just look at the working capital increase in H1 2021/22.
There is clearly a lot of growth expected from Yourgene Canada and it’s Ranger Technology, which is very encouraging, but we have no idea of the level of growth forecast. By contrast we know we are going to pay a higher rent and the salaries of a significantly enlarged workforce.
Every RNS seems to be an own goal and the reaction of the market says everything. The news is just not communicated effectively.
