Likewise.
I was ready at 1.25 p ASK - then every 0.05p drop
It may still happen but not too sure now. Nearer we get to Q2 results the more unlikely it is that some will sell IMHO
Not sells. Bed 'n ISA
Erm...my plan to buy my next trance at 1.25p and one after that at 1.15p might be seriously compromised....
But I'm wondering if there's still time for a few irate big size holders here to set aside fundamentals logic and instead go further down the anger driven dumping path.... and me still get to do those planned top ups...?
And because it looks to have been deleted , that was vulcanbob and no other bobs ! lol
A couple of big sells. Hopefully can go up now.
You’re welcome Andrew, I’m doing some chores today, mainly hoovering.
Bashers need to work harder....
now 1.44p to buy
sell 1m at 1.30p
It would be a good story bob , just missing the facts , it was then and it is now !
Intetesting request, so where should I send true investors? Sorry never got to say hi at the AGM.
Just been looking at that original link from NG, and see within XTR 'emotional cycle', a position similar to, but actually far better position than March, April 2020.
"These juniors show why Lachlan Fold Belt remains of of Australia's most exciting mineral provinces."-Stockhead.com.au
14 June 2023.
https://www.stockhead.com.au/resources/these-juniors-show-why-the-lachlan-fold-remains-one-of-australias-most-exciting-mineral-provinces
XTR 's Bushranger project is located in the Lachland Fold, Australia.
"A renowned geologist , JENTA OWENS led the exploration team at China Moly at NORTHPARKES copper and gold mine but since mid-2021 has been the M.D. of GOLDOLPHIN. Goldolphin owns > 5 projects & JV stakes in the region. She says the DEEP and HIDDEN nature of the Lachlan Fold Belt compared to locales with OLDER rock formations like Eastern were a big reason why the region remained underexplored. THE MACQUARIE ARC TARGETS are probably a bit D E E P E R . THEY'RE also L O W E R G R A D E, so they are VERY LARGE SCALE MINERAL DEPOSITS. You normally have HIGH TONNAGE deposits but I guess the age of them is a bit different as well...."
"Porphyry is the KEY here . The vast majority of the world's copper mines are B U L K , L OW - G R AD E porphy endowed with by-products like gold, silver, & moly. They either mined in OPEN PITS or like the 700k0-800k C A D I A MINE,
as UNDERGROUND block caves.
Another feature of the Lachlan Fold is the 1ST RESOURCE is always the BEGINNING, not the END. A mine like NORTHPARKES , Owen notes contains almost=======1 BT of copper rich ore across a SWATHE of DIFFERENT N E AR- BY DEPOSITS."
"All of the MAJOR MINES are not just 1 INDIVIDUAL mine, they are a group of smaller ops or SMALLER DEPOSITS that are CLUSTERED TOGETHER, so that CLUSTERING is very important to provide those LARGE TONNAGES. You can pick up gold with visible gold, that's rare. It is not that type of normal geo environment."
"The biggest prize there was, C A D I A ." "The big buzz around the Lachlan Fold has come from the DEVELOPMENT OF MCPHILLAMY'S & BODEN, as well as NEWMONT's takeover of Newcrest."
My Comment:
XTR's Bushranger is NEXT DOOR to Newcrest's legendary CADIA -RIDGEWAY [copper and gold].
So, no surprise that XTR's Bushranger was a bit more complex than at first thought.
The XTR presentation on Bushranger showed historical data meant that Bushranger has some 10 clusters+.
Hence, why I waited for the XTR 2023 to find out WHY is XTR Bushranger NOT drilling to prove 1Bt. As the price of copper if to hit $10k USD as forecast as and when, then the cut-off for Bushranger is not as demanding, thus improving IRR.
News, Wed, 2 Aug 2023. FATHER TED : The convo between us ends --the legendary Owens has spoken about 101 rocks of the Lachlan Fold in particular and in general. Rocks are now getting lower grades as the best fruits have been picked off ie higher grades worldwide and that is what Mr Bird , CEO of XTR pointed out. It did fall just a bit short but that meant that XTR Bushranger would have had to go on a hunt for the higher grade to bring up OVERALL
I think time is a big factor here. Seems we are worth something and perhaps a bit more than the MCap is currently sitting on. It's unfortunate that CB was somewhat over excitable with his marketing, but thinking about it, wasn't it deliberate and part of his job to secure funding from shareholders. He has done just that. We as investors must not over expose ourselves so we can play the waiting game and hold on to those share until fruition.
Good point Flipper
The ongoing revenue from Manica is a huge saving grace here and using it effectively is critical.
Generally, the board needs ask themselves some searching questions.... including how acceptable it is how thinly spread CB is across all his interests .. and planning for CB's retirement soon enough... and given the ongoing good Manica revenue going forward. the idea of CB raising for his next blue sky punt at a share price anywhere under 4p is preposterous imho
Also the other three boards members having extraordinarily few shares in xtr between them is a very bad look indeed.. Silberstein according to the website has 718,266 .. and Ford and Thygesen may hold zero each even ?.. If they can't bring themselves to buy chunks in the open market in the 1's p here now, then that's pathetic.
One wonders why "The Board" didn't have a resolution at the AGM to buy back shares rather than for further placements. No point in buying blue sky projects when your own shares are so undervalued.
0.75p is my top up point, shouldn't be long judging by the mistrust of CB.
3 year rinse and repeat.
I hear you Docit and am thinking along the same lines..
(sad really .. and ridiculous on fundamentals imho.. but sentiment is a big thing in this game..
Also, not to mind in the 2's p .. the lack of decent size buying in the 1's so far has been palpable.. I'll do my bit and add some soonish, I expect.. but I'm not a size player here.. and am guessing that some who are are open to taking a hit to dump some towards making it crystal clear how they feel about the one and only Mr Colin Bird.. and indeed CB's mate OSV adding more fuel to the fire recently is frighteningly clueless.. )
My feeling is that there can be early money made on anything between 1-3p
There may well be a little more down side
Very hard to fathom out as too many question marks
My gut feeling if worth anything, is that it will downturn a littte more, probably closer to 1p which is what i'm holding for before any top up. I have a lot of shares so if this decides to gather momentum, then it's a win situation also.
Is anyone tempted for a top up at this price? I’m struggling to see that there’s more downside than upside potential at this price!

Whilst it's quiet on here, Pricey has done a good write up of the BZT agm on their bulletin board. I thought it was interesting that a takeover/buy out was discussed. I can see another company where that might apply ......
Nice to see copper back at $4/lb :-)

Positive sentiment incoming.
Just now I've actually wondered if you're a brilliantly disguised shorter OSV, who is trying to wind up the likes of LittleWIng and Gixxer etc even further to get them to dump hard here around now out of annoyance.. and meaningfully further undermine a s/p that has already been smashed.
I have no interest in dumping any of my holding at anything remotely like the current s/p .. but if there was one poster here who'd goad me into doing that in some shape or form, it's you.
I remind you that CB and his Board/Bored mates have spent north of 10m USD on Bushranger and the market currently values that punt in the zero to minus range
(That's too harsh a valuation by far by the market, I believe.. but the s/p in the market at whatever moment in time is the benchmark this game is played against)
I see we still have oldschoolgump with us.
I have to say, I thought ole Forest would have expired with the AGM.
Alas it's not be.
Given that the value of the Company is with Manica, it is debatable how much value BR and the various Zambian efforts have added, if any. On that account hasJan Nelson created the value and not "the board". I am positive given Manica and the rising gold price but respect all opinions.
