Decent buys going on..
You do post a lot for someone who's just sold up this morning Cela24
None of it good either.
I wonder why..........
Wether you believe him or not I did read the post and the figures don’t lie I am not an analyst but you can see it’s just not economically viable to mine this lease I wish he was wrong I had high expectations from Xtract and was heavily invested in it had 4 million shares at one point but reduced slowly to diversify its all very disappointing.
I'll have some at this price on gold revenues alone.
The proof is in the sp. What a shambles.. omg
Wait wait wait, are you saying that you DON’T trust the anonymous poster hiding behind an alias who claims to be the “Director of Analytics for a large FTSE 100 company” in order to give credibility to a damning ‘financial analysis’ that can’t be disproven by other posters as the company hasn’t even released the figures yet?
Where’s the trust gone guys?
Has anyone had a reply to emails sent to XTR or CB or is that just wishful thinking on my part?
I did suggest it was very unwise to act/deal on research posted on bulletin boards by anonymous posters, it seems many have today.
The author in question suggests he/she sold before posting the research so obviously not financially distressed in the after-market like many others. That seems worthy of note, is the individual seeking a lower re-entry price? - it happens !
I would be wary, as one or two others have stated the strip ratio is not known, this has a bearing on the numbers, AIM is a strange place, lots of vested interests at work.
The fall looks overdone IMO.
You wouldn’t trust a word , I don’t think you can see the wood for the trees , so you don’t believe the figures xtr put out , because that is what Steve based all his work on so if you don’t believe Steve you are really saying I don’t believe the xtr figures , simple really .
Exactly Jump and some posters are actually thanking him along with goforgold on ADVFn for wrecking the share price and luring weak holders into selling at rock bottom prices
I hope they do not live to regret what seems like a complete over reaction
Whilst this report/opinion may have been posted with good intentions it's fair to say that it's wiped at least 20% off the share price today. If, as you say you sold up by this morning, you must have had a concern that such news would drop the SP and cost you money. As it is it has cost all current share holders money. I'm down £5k this morning for one, so that's my family's Xmas gone and more for starters. I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but I can't help but question your need to post such a damning opinion backed up by your qualifications. Sorry Steve but I don't think you needed to do it. You may have set in motion a situation where CB has to try some kind of damage limitation and we all saw how that panned out last week.
Links have been removed, but a Google search for pumpedordumped Steve4077 will bring you to the page.
Steve4077 cannot be trusted for the following reasons:
- Member since Sep 2020 and almost every single comment has been on Xtract or Bezant share price (both with ties to Colin Bird).
- Earliest posts refer to manipulating share prices and questioning the outcome of FCA complaints, direct quote from his first post on LSE:
"...the share price is still going nowhere. I know there have been suggestions of MM on this forum and I found the following link about an FCA complaint on those lines from 2019.
https://www.thebushveldperspective.com/blog/public-articles-1/post/fca-complaint-case-ref-205882095-422
I was just wondering if this complaint was resolved and what was the response of the FCA?"
- Named and shamed for pumping and dumping on this website:

I wouldn't trust a word that comes out of this guy's mouth, or his "analysis"...
It would be interesting to hear his comments on the figures being put out here today, he must be doing another interview, as he certainly loves them, just needs a good interviewer to give him some really hard questions and see the reaction.
1 p
is there much confidence in the Big Bird?
I personally would wait for clarification from Colin this will either shoot up on a positive statement or massively tank if he agrees with Steve’s numbers at present , 3p good 1p bad
Should have been more clear. Colin said the cost to process a tonne of ore was about $10
Stevemocal, colin in a recent interview stated $10 per tonnes of ore. 0.1 cut off at $10k copper price is break even. Remember from the first conceptual study, Jeremy said if we could convert the waste to ore it will impact the economics drastically. We'll that waste can now be processed at break even at 10k.
I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. The carpet has been well and truly pulled from under those not in a position to get out before recent helpful information.
Now a great opportunity to buy in or average down? Laugh or cry…..
Typo vargsin, bargain
Colin needs to now make a statement to clarify what we have all discovered today from Steve is it realistic or fantasy that Xtract might have a dud lease economically at present.
A very comprehensive study Steve. Well done.
For those who are saying this us now a vargsin at current sp, make sure that you wear z strong glove before you catch the knife. Many on here in the past gave trumpeted quite modest cu assay rates by quoting low cut-off figures but if Steve's figures are to be believed, any such credibility us blown out of the water. And still Bird keeps spouting on about world class assets on any friendly site that gives him a platform.
If he doesn't come out either a comprehensive statement with clarity thus will continue irs downward plunge. Still, it is a bargain at these prices, apparently.
We haven't even included Ascot drilling so far yet.. also there is much potential to prove up additional resource from the licence(s).... and the economc model will be a far more sophisticated thing than Steve's analysis too.
Last, but far from least, those 'here for Bushranger only' have had extraordinarily little respect for Africa Gold as a rule here, from the get go... and that in itself is worth decently more than the current share price, imho..
Did Colin step back from a Phase 3 drilling as he knew there was nothing to be gained after realising the figures after Phase 1 and 2 were a disappointment?
