Just wondering if we may have an offer from an outsider. What would happen then? I suppose AA would have to match it to be successful.
Sorry, I meant Dibs.
Jemgee, you are nothing but a troll. Registered since September 2022, I’ve read your posts and you’re as transparent as Mr Cellophane, from the film Chicago. Move along please & get back to your burrow. The fact that Lucky has agreed with your tripe is alarming, too.
CB just got 1 million shares on the open market, wouldn't have been the wise choice if a placing was planned, also FB about to start producing meaningful cash flow so why place now?
Yes be careful now, that’s my thinking. A placing is due with cash situation. The last placing was not far short of two years ago @ around 5p if I recall correctly. He’s not going to get anywhere near that this time but he won’t want it less than 2p.
4th in the risers list today so far
Is Birdy and mates buying more?
I don't think there can be an RNS until early Feb due to Bird's buy...
That 2.6p near term target looks on, possibly today, the next move would be to 3.5p.
It is clear demand for the shares appeared late PM yesterday, it may suggest a RNS is in the wings, entities seem very determined to get their hands on the shares early doors also.
Oliver i hear you. But i won't be one of them took the opportunity to buy 3 times and average down to 3.8 break even. Right now grinning like a cheshire cat. Long may it continue.
As a long term holder I was only thinking On Friday people will look back at a price of 1.75 and think why did I not average down and Colin obviously did picking up one and a quarter million shares and with limited funds i picked up some
Even this news resulted in people saying not much for a wealthy man but to me he does invest in his companies he invested £25000 in Tiger Resources TIR at .20 which was above the market price and now holds 10% and obviously has plans for this company maybe joint ventures. I picked up a few here but very thinly traded
So confident on all fronts about the future and in my opinion Colin is no fool
It is a bit of a leaky ship at times.
Agreed
There can only be one reason. Good news on it's way
Average down, this is gonna to the Moon :)
Not sure its MM though.. volume low
But why is it going up? Volume is tiny. What games are MMs playing?
Yep up 5% already on IG, I’ve been in XTR for so long now maybe one day I will break even or even make a profit!, got stung by dilution need circa 11-12p to break even, we got to 8p ladder year so who knows maybe this time around……
Over 2p Ooooo I am getting excited
Thanks for sharing Naughtygordie
Few snippets taken from it
>>…if the Manica project is developed as an open-pit mine, it will become the county’s first major gold mine in addition to considerable future exploration activity that this area offers.<<
Considering that….
>>Gold has been mined in the area from the 12th century and was mined in prehistoric times by indigenous people.<<
What is important for longevity of mining operations had been suggested in those earlier scoping studies. The importance of bringing fairbride to commercial production is not to be underestimated.
>>Importantly, the concept study indicated that much of the Manica Project area would be readily amenable to low-cost surface mining techniques, and that it exhibits no particular technical or economic risk issues that could undermine its operational viability.<<
The matter is not entirely about charting, it is about sentiment, a historic low PE is a catalyst for buyers to enter in the knowledge they are near basement levels, yesterday the modest volume kick moved the share price 15%, the drop from 3.5p has been on very low volume so it is obvious it will rise equally quickly when buy volumes increase.
I stand by my view that 2.6p and 3.5p are near term targets.
I appreciate that might not suit everyone's agenda !
If it is Ken, he has just mixed the thread. Charting derision is on the 10% thread.
Website update is welcomed, well done. Hopefully they a penning an RNS at the same time as this rise feels "leaky".
Is that you Ken?
Charting is for the birds. Small increase could just as easily disappear today. Nothing to see here, unless the lemmings suddenly appear.
Wow....Manica first drilled over 40 years ago. Thankfully we are the ones about to get benefit from it
