Scumbag pretending to be nice here and talking as if you're bigger than everyone.
Just come out alone without hiding behind the keyboard. 🤡
As I thought. A ridiculous, uneducated, immature reply. Along with the few that are ticking up your rubbish. You lot are worse than derampers. You turn up on the back of a rise, know f all, chat sh#t and then leave with your 10%, while the not so savvy investors are left holding the bag. No shame. 🤮
You KFC, why do I need to give you an investment case when you're not invested in the first place! Grow a pair, old man.
If you need attention, then go and play with your sheep. 🤡
Wtaf are you talking about? You got anything else other than mindless ramping and now mindless insults? How old are you?
Come on then, give us all your investment case here and why you believe this should be valued at £110m. This should be fun.
Who said I’m not invested? I did sell out but I still think there’s money to be made here.
I’m a clown am I? Another billy big boll#x giving it the big one on the keyboard. Saddo.
You’ve asked your other fellow ramper on the Superdry board ‘do you mind sharing your reasoning’ as to investment case here, then immediately come here spouting ‘45p upwards next week.’ And im the 🤡. 😂
Wtf has this board come to? 🤦🏻♂️
Get a life posting utter nonsense comments when you’re not even invested 😂 keep your lights on before going to sleep 🤡
Otherwise you might scare the poor sheep 😂
I don’t know what I’m more embarrassed by - that post or that four people recommended it. 🙄
I took a position today, this is undervalued currently. Sellers are clearly out 👍
It’s buyers market now and gap to fill at 17p 💰
Plenty of buyers are hovering around 12p indicating big bounce in action 👍
I’m happy with 45p upwards next week 🙏
CEO Stuart Simms resigned back in mid-2022, and he held an average of 45p. He has over 2 million shares.

Humble pie? Why would I do that? I think you should be eating that with your ridiculous ramping. 😂
FYI, I don’t wish any investor to lose money. Last time I checked, though, this was a discussion board and that means discuss both sides, whether you like it or not.
I’ve stated it was great business. It is, if it’s used correctly. Personally, I’d like to see a return to shareholders via special dividends on receipt of each payment. You do realise the vast sums of money this lot have spaffed with much of it not be value accretive? I doubt you do.
Why do you think the market has now put the brakes on this? I’m looking forward to your humble pie meal on Friday. 👍🏼
Pompal, you fruitcake! It's called making others aware of undervalued stocks, like everyone does now and then. Have you seen people continuously pumping this stock? It's all about understanding the value and potential gains.
Now, get back to your OAP home and eat some humble pie. LOL
Disco, you’re calling me that when you’re pumping this as hard as you can, across every board. 200% this week? Haha. Plum.
Flava, you lot are touchy. I didn’t offer any advice. I would never do that. I pointed out a couple of things you (accidentally?) overlooked and also asked what your stance was, as your previous posts said you weren’t interested in this at 12.25. You still haven’t answered…
Just ignore the Pompal clown.
The two companies have entered into a binding agreement with a total consideration of up to $42.5 million, including a fixed sum of $37.5 million plus a potential earnout of up to $5 million based on revenue performance. Some $20 million of that total will be payable upon the completion date, expected to be April 1
$20 million will be paid on April 1st, 2024, which is next Monday!

Pompal, if you've sold out, then that's your investment decision.
I bought for a reason and I have done my own research before investing, and I'm not interested in your advice.
Stop posting when you've sold out. Make sure to post your brilliant advice on your invested share board.
Goodbye!
Flava, I’m confused as to where your stance is here? Last week, you bought at 11.80 to then sell at 12.20. You then stated you weren’t interested in buying at 12.25?
Aside from that, you appear to have cherry picked your figures from 2022. Those US figures included a spike from the launch of NY in Jan 2022. The board have since stated that this was a one off.
The European assets for FY23 are expected to have contributed $21.4m of the $50m total revenue. Repeat again, in dollars. That’s 42.8% of the group revenue. Not to be seen again.
Whilst I agree, with the $42.5 is great business, this doesn’t immediately put that value into the company. They don’t see that total amount until a year from now and do you really think that will still be there, sat in cash, at that time. Not a chance.
Just for a balanced view.
GLA.
XLMedia's 2022 revenue was £19M (Europe) + £45M (North America) = £64M
Xlmedia sold of Europe operation for $42 million, so how much is North America is worth?
Nearly $100 million
We should be valued around $120 million currently but the price correction is bound to happen very soon.
$20 million cash hitting the bank on next Monday 1st of April 2024.
Current Mkt cap £32.63M 🙄
If discodogs bark is correct he will have our attention for ever....
Give it a year or 2, then 60p a possibility
I hope hes right though!I predict theres plenty of blue skies ahead
Aye he must be a millionaire with that vision haha
Nice crystal ball work Mr dog... Lol.
I've been watching from the sidelines since yesterday and noticed a significant number of large 100k buy orders. This could indicate share accumulation by major investors. Buckle up, this could take off soon!
Potential gains next week could be in the range of 150-200%
Ory who is the old CEO holds several millions shares with and average of approx 45p. He won't want this going cheap.. Shareholder value is by not selling the business and keep on trucking...
Crazy amount of single figure trades too.Oh to be a fly on the wall
More large unknown trades.
