Hi Furry ,
Grumps isn't the only old stager hanging around. He was the well dressed one.
From memory I believe it was around £2M. I think it was detailed in an RNS.
Good afternoon,I hold this share for ages. I'm not familiar what is going on here. Can you someone explain for me what will happens in future? I have about 3k shares in pound. Thanks
Hi,
Anybody have any idea how much the HMRC claim maybe for?
Great to hear that and may your hubcaps shine with a golden halo. ;-))
Atb, Ktc.
Extremely well, thanks and living life to the full ;-)
Yes scouse , Ha!

Hopefully all invested will get good rewards from cases to be heard as per the RNS.

Suggests HL are already offering online services with AQSE
My remaining holding is hardly worth selling now, fees would eat up much of the proceeds. I have it with HL so that looks interesting. I suspect it may not remain eligible for the SIPP mine is held in but I have experience of shares becoming non-qualifying before, they just get moved to my HL Fund & Share account.
I intend to hold these mainly to see how the AQSE thing pans out - could give me valuable experience for other investments.
Hopefully this comes off. I still plan to hold for now.

No body has any idea how much may eventually be available, legal costs, deals, mistakes. errors of judgement etc etc will all effect the outcome.
I have no idea what the procedure is but I imagine I will be a shareholder in a private company, on their books as invested and owning a certain proportion of the company's assets.
When the company is sold off/wound up, I expect to receive a representative amount for the shares I own.
Right, so what is the sensible thing to do? Any idea of how much per share we get is we win the cases?.... But once delisted what happens to our shares, where do they go and how do we get our hands on them?
Someone spending a lot once again.
@tep1: Well we know that.
Finalise legal cases.
Share value among shareholders.
Wind-up.
What else are you suggesting?
We shall see.
I may be a complete fool....but after 6+ years of following the company closely, I still feel that the final outcome will be very positive (based on my own position).
GS I was going to jump but I don't have enough shares to worry about losing it all and the potential upside is attractive enough to risk it. As you say it's a waiting game. I'd like to think they might buy another listed company for much less than the relisting fee and save everyone a lot of stress while waiting for PWC et al to pay up...
Few chapters left in this book if you ask me!
No...youre definitely not the only shareholder left. Take a look at the shareholder list on the company website.
However, all operating units have been sold, the company is a cash shell (with plenty of cash) and an ongoing large legal claim against PWC plus others.
AIM rules mean that as a cash shell it must delist after 6 months if there is no buyout or reverse takeover etc (the most recent operational rns explains in more detail).
It's just a (potentially long) waiting game. I for one am going nowhere: no news is good news.

I rook a massive hit on WTG when it was still QPP! As it has been bouncing about between 50p and a £1 for the last couple of years I haven't paid much attention to this share., so no I haven't been looking for RNS releases.
So from a practical ponit of view am I the only shareholder left? Why haven't others just dumped thier shares?
Oh well better start trawling throw RNSs
Bankfool
Seriously ??? Have you been self-isolating on a desert island for the last 12 months???
Rumour? I'm guessing you don't read RNS details.
Unless there is an announcement otherwise, my understanding, from RNSs, is that WTG will be delisted on May 1st.
The situation is unambiguous, not rumour.

So what is happening here? Does delisting mean what I think it means? Why is the sp 54p and not 0? Is delisting actually happening? What happens to our shares? Is this just a rumour or is there some substance to this view?
Depends on what the company say regarding progress on litigation i would think.
Atb to all invested.
