3D inversion of the Red Setter ultra-detailed magnetics has delineated 3 highly magnetic bodies over an expanded area now covering 3km x 1km.
· Largest individual priority 1 magnetic target has a 1500m strike length with a width of 400m and starts at around 75m from surface.
· Magnetic survey reveals that all magnetic targets are much shallower than 150m-250m depth previously modelled.
· The relatively shallower target depth is strongly advantageous both from an exploration and future development potential perspective.
· The Red Setter Project is located 13km south-west of Newcrest Mining's Telfer Gold-Copper Mine and 60km west of Newcrest and Greatland Gold's Havieron discovery.
Id thinking more 20-30p short term - 60p-100p++ on excellent find confirmed and then a JV to follow
Then whatever happens with this new silver project with already fantastic grades across a 13km strike length.
Fully funded for drilling soon at both + other assets
That will be the day. Can’t see that short term though
100 x bigger :
Some things need to be said twice to let the magnitude of red setter sink in.
100 bagger?
100 bagger?
I understand that ThePunter1 and I am an investor already. I am just asking what peoples thoughts are on where this can go.
"Could this hit £1 billion Mcap like GGP did?"
Any explorer can reach a £1billion Mcap if they find enough gold. Your job as a potential investor is to read the reports and make an educated best guess.
What do you think the growth in value per share could get to?
Rock chip geochemical sampling results reported up to 298g/t Ag
The significance of red setter and now this new paid for aquisition - will soon translate into the current tiny Mcap. We're circled by Major's and fully funded to drill soon. Dyor on proximity to Newcrest ( sharing red setters boarder ) Rio tinto, 13km away from Telfer and see what GGP has and what's it's done. What does the future of WSBN look like? WSBN will be a life changing investment. Any of the upcoming drilling campaigns could easily lead to a JV with one of the above majors, Res setter has the potential to be world class and now this. The future is bright
I think we’ll hit £1b mcap yes.
I hold a small amount here but thinking of adding much bigger, what do we think SP possibilities are? Could this hit £1 billion Mcap like GGP did?
YUp. Would not be at all surprised if they hadn't already been in touch. Newcrest will have seen the geo survey for sure. I added again this morning. Maxed out here. If there's a news leak WSBN may need to halt share dealing pending an official announcement. That's my thinking, anyhows. DYOR peoples and good luck
Fantastic find and work Lazer brain. I'm confident the market cant work out the potiencial size of what we've discovered ( target A 1500x 400 x how deep? Figure 7 suggests 100s of meters ) and that shortly where about drilling.
With Newcrest Sharing our boarder they will certainly have there ear to the ground on WSBNs work, and Newcrest and GGP have both recently stated they are look for more local high profit assets. Currently 22mil mcap WSBN 13kms away - the future is bright and I firmly believe WSBN will do multiples and is comparative to GGP sub 1p
Have a good at all, not long till news from both red setter and whites mountains
H/T Timbertrader from the GGP board. Newcrest talking about another Havieron within trucking distance of Telfer. I say they already found it :)
Newcrest Mining chief executive Sandeep Biswas has observed increasing market interest in the company’s copper assets, saying the base metal is a commodity of the future as much as gold.
Biswas, speaking at the BMO Global Metals and Mining Conference, credited the company’s business resilience to copper. He said the commodity was key to strengthening the company’s portfolio as the two metals gave a perfect balance to Newcrest as a primary producer of gold.
The company aims to add a reserve of 15 million ounces of gold equivalent in the next five years. It also has plans to expand its greenfield discoveries, starting with the Havieron joint venture (JV) project with Greatland Gold in the Paterson Province of Western Australia.
“Havieron’s piqued our interest more in the Paterson Province. That’s a formation no one has come across,” Biswas said.“It’s like you’re tripping over each other at Paterson at the moment.”
Newcrest’s presence in the Paterson Province is strengthened by its Wilki JV project with Antipa Minerals. Both JV projects will potentially leverage on Newcrest’s Telfer infrastructure. “(Both projects are) within trucking distance of Telfer, so we’ll see whether we can uncover another ‘Havieron’ and get that into the Telfer infrastructure. We’ve got 24 million tonnes of capacity at Telfer,” Biswas said.
