could someone post the FCA email they received
keep-it-real posted: Anyone filled out the questionerair sent by the fca investigating Worthington?
I never received anything so I contacted the FCA and they sent me a reply today saying they are not aware of any investigation into Worthington Group?
i don't think neo99, fonters, hepran, unclemonty, bloodaxe, picto,
dollop, williams142, etc. filled out theirs - they are probably still
waiting for the resurrection of WRN into a $2 billion conglomerate.
what could possibly go wrong?
Anyone filled out the questionerair sent by the fca investigating Worthington?
This so far shows what shambles and complete joke FCA actually are! How many years now investigating this...and nothing yet....utterly disgraceful!
Cheers big red.. ??
Whetstone had a very small holding in Magic Media Works Limited who sell the Roxi product, as at their 2019 confirmation statement. Whether they still have it is another question.
I see quite a few adverts for roxi jukebox on tv. Wasn't there some sort of the up between Worthington and roxi. ?
"naively bought more during the pump"
Shame on anyone who did this.
Who in their right mind?!
And.. shame on anyone who didn't sell during the initial pump (Sadly I didn't, so yes, shame on me).
Old joke …. but cant resist it …. If only Allan Biggar had been put in charge of the blog security
...…. we'd all be able to read it right now :)
Apologies fat finger quote - should be
"We are particularly interested in hearing from any company, director or advisor who has felt
compelled to buy any services from Mr Winnifrith or (his publication) -title moderated by admin.
AE blog now password protected - but how does one obtain a password?
The contact us button merely reveals ….
"We are particularly interested in hearing from any company, director or advisor who has felt
to buy any services from Mr Winnifrith or *************"
A strange agenda at the present moment? - or maybe the blog has been abandoned for a while.
The guy that wrote a lot in his blog AE has gone quiet and disappeared
depends if they sold out on the pump phase whether they care? - if, like
cadis, they naively bought more during the pump, they probably do care,
but it is far too late to do anything other than co-operate fully with FCA.
whetstone never even explained if they did invest anything at
all in that farcical bubble set-up narc, let alone anything else.
Have the shareholders of Whet been offered any explanation of the recent corporate changes? Have any of them actually asked? Do any of them care?
'$2bn, all lined up and ready to go!'
POCA orders can be quite useful.
I have both WHET and WRN shares ...and they're about as much use to me a chocolate teapot.
What happened here was pretty despicable. My guess is that those responsible for the charade have long fled with the loot. However, sometimes, just occasionally the FCA and whoever else may be investigating do catch up. I for one will be pleased if that happens. In the meantime, Mr Taxman spend all the cash you like hunting these people down.
Two hoots to the millions this will cost i can think of better things to spend this money on, 5 years of tax payers money to end up with Jack.,anyway its nice to see non shareholders raising their opinion as well.
I'm surprised TTBW doesn't want answers? Why did the company get suspended? Why did the company stay suspended and then go into liquidation? Were's the proof that £2 billion in assets for lined up in some form of debt for equity swap (how else could it have been done)?? Why did Whetstone get suspended? Why no news since? Why is anyone still believing the companies are both whiter than white? Seriously...
"Wonder how much this investigation is costing and the end result will find FA."
Wonder why you care so much?
Personally, I don't give two hoots how much it costs - that's what we pay are taxes for.
Something smells rotten about this whole affair.
My hope is we get to the bottom of who is responsible for the reek.
Wonder how much this investigation is costing and the end result will find FA.
