Don't mention Jo Swinson...
STV, labours best chance was Tom Watson, Conservatives it was probably Hammond. They both lost the majority central ground because of their own inward looking incestuous internal party politics. Now all we look for is the lesser of evils. The labour front bench couldn’t raise a brain between them. The tories could find a heart between them. God forbid that either should consider reason based on facts.
I think he'll cost them the election. If only Kier Starmer was the boss I think that there would be a much better chance of keeping the champion liar out of No 10 and what did that lectern ever do to him?
The way he was thumping that just sums up his character
Hbob, he got the opportunity too; when there was talk of a caretaker arrangement with a coalition if he stepped down. Other names were put in the that Ken Clarke or other centrist so that a hard Brexit could be prevented. If Corbyns view was,as he states ,that a hard Brexit will be calamitous for generations it was his opportunity to ride off with the seed corn, he didn’t. That reasoning is outside what anyone else thinks about Brexit, it’s about what Corbyn told us he believed and what course of action he needed to take. In balance we have the duplicitous liar buffoon and he wouldn’t do anything honourable either. Self servers imho.
and give it to Hamas?
Jeremy would take the seed corn Safety... I believe that.
I shall look that Labour more up, I have been a bit busy today- funnily enough working hard to achieve very little due to the whims of no nothings. Such is life. Pericles was a great politician, as was the best of all, Garibaldi- after having conquered over half of Italy in a 10 year war against injustice and division he marched his army (that could have won) up and surrendered unnecessarily to prevent bloodshed and do the states of Italy ceased warring with. When offered riches and power by the Duke Piedmont and Sardinia so that Itsly could be unified and cease warring. He road off with a bag of seed corn to his farm as his reward of choice. I don’t think the whole bunch together could match up to that integrity.
