NMH, that makes sense. Also tungsten is not the only thing going up, gold price been good lately, so would be nice to have something in the Sao marthinho mine too..
Hbob. I am of the view that All Mineral are water tight on this. I have always said that. MM is trying his luck with some poor PR rib jab, his flush is busted and he knows it. All Mineral wont like that RNS.
Guys
I doubt it will go to court. From memory there was a clause in the contract that covered delays etc. and Almineral will have a penalty payment to make which no doubt has a ceiling attached to it. I really think we should move on from this, they messed up they will have paid for their mistakes and we need to concentrate on production, nothing else matters. Remember we have off take agreements and the price of Tungsten is on the up.
I’m sorely tempted to buy more today but for now I’m sitting on my hands....lol
Roll on the next six months
HPB - it's unlikely to go to court, as the only winners then are the lawyers.
A deal will be done behind closed doors and the only thing we'll get to see is an entry hidden somewhere in the accounts.
Long past the time we should have had almineral in court... failed us at every juncture.
Imo
The €5.3m grant was always intended to be used as working capital during the ramp up phase of La Parrilla.
The receipt of todays loan has allowed wres full access to that capital at a low interest rate.
When the grant is received the whole €5.3m will be fully reflected in the companys' enterprise value.
The fact that the banks have allowed the capitalisation of the grant demonstrates the strength of and their support of the project. The banks worst case scenario is therefore that the grant will not be paid. It's not a big deal.
That's an excellent point.
The grant may have been delayed, but I doubt very much that it's in any danger. Do you honestly think Santander would have made the loan without first ringing the junta to make certain the grant is going through?
Off with Woosie. Bored here.
Catch you later chaps.

So the neo-communist cabal (EU) is late, hardly a surprise, and the loan will be paid off in 4 months or so and we have the cash now to move forward asap with Regua. Not what we wanted, but not really a worry.
