DB. Always happy to toast the Queen over a bottle of Port. Jaf was there last night. He sailed in late...some yacht party with minor celebs. He looked happy.
GIT will just continue with his confirmation bias and make this pickle fit his own little narrative. Sensible INVESTORS sold out and will buy back in if the time is ever right. I think red today.
Michael Masterman, Chairman of W Resources commented: "We are pleased to have closed this new facility with Santander which will provide additional flexibility and liquidity at low-cost to the Group. Santander is a leading European bank and we look forward to strengthening our relationship with them. We greatly thank Caja Rural for their interim support of the development of La Parrilla."
GIT. You clearly haven't got a clue about big bank lending. MM has robbed Peter to pay Paul as Dave is coming with a check in 6 months...maybe. More debt at a worse rate in a time when (my your own admission) this pup should be throwing out cash. Why does MM need more money? Debt payments just went up. Let's hope there is Tungsten being produced because more now needs to be sold to cover the debt increase on top of the debt increase from December. I have reworked by numbers, 800k a month minimum in outgoings. Ouch. Share holder value.
DB. Yep pants pulled down, I reckon you've missed the boat. Cookie is on the boat...the ones that sell muffins. Dont forget DB, you and I are LOCKED OUT! Apparently it has to be shouted. Apologies for shouting.
Cookie
It makes sense to develop a relationship with a multinational bank, if in 6 months time you are expecting production and therefore provable income levels to be sufficient so as to be able to refinance the short term high rate loan from BlackRock at a more realistic long term rate.
You never know maybe one day the derampers will pick up on the big picture !
Great news, blue chip Spanish bank.
Caught with your pants down comes to mind now funding secured ,now where you going to go to deramp a share??
One of biggest banks in the world
Awfully nice of Santander to lend us €5m. I bank with them, they’ve probably plundered my savings account for the loan money.
