What he said;
“ March quarterly production at La Parrilla has increased by over 160% from the December quarter..” he didn’t say March production but instead March quarterly production so I don’t think what you say is quite correct but I sincerely hope hope you are right...
Lovely to see a head in a bucket moment. The whole financial system is depressed because of one overriding reason that has shut down ore mining, transport, production, distribution ,sales . Not much point in loadsamoney if you're cremated . That's the reason SP's are depressed in every mkt in the world DOH!. Survival = recovery. Meanwhile loans devaluing the compan(ies). Is this tooooooooooo simple
The Rns we just had claims all the shut downs were planned, which is a good thing. It also makes it clear the the key improvements were in feb and March. You may infer that Jan had no shut down, or else Jan we had planned shut downs or unplanned shut downs, where there was no improvement. If Jan we had a clear run and only have 55t to show for it and we had nothing in feb and March how can he substantiate a claim of substantial improvement without proof. In the alternative, we only had shutdown part of feb and March, which means that 55 would be for say 7 weeks, which would then average out at fat worse than q4.
From Rns "La Parrilla's production has improved significantly quarter-on-quarter and we intend to make a further substantial step change and increase in production once La Parrilla reopens. We will provide guidance as part of the quarterly report.”
“...improved significantly...” is a phrase that is both disingenuous and insulting to our intelligence. Yes, relative to the really small amount we produced in q1 it may appear as a “significant” increase but in absolute terms, compared to the Rns issued in January, it is a fail so why not just say an increase and not rub salt in our wounds.
He has already said substantial in January when he said what he planned for increase in production so forgive me if he says it again here and I don’t get excited.
So what is it that we come down to, apart from an sp of .11, I honestly don’t know. I sincerely hope the production details, when announced, are longer than one line but I still have no faith in him and will only believe actual numbers which unfortunately wouldn’t be till mid July now (providing the contractors didn’t mess up again and the word economy hasn’t completely come to a halt for a prolonged period;.
