If its a two bed for £30,000 then each room is £15,000
However, in Kensington and Chelsea a two bed terrace is around £1.2m on average.! and that's in the cheap part
Blimey Kalan, makes where I live seem like it's priced for Monte Carlo, can't get anything for that price down here.
It's in Rotherham so not pricey at all - (you can get a 2 bed terraced for £30,000) but it's a big house with big rooms - so spot on - just over £30,000.
depends where the house is located.
Betting one room is a pretty good endorsement, with average house prices that would be an estimated punt of 30k by my reckoning.
If I didn't know Masteman - I would say that interview sounds good - they have it all under control and the local investors and banks are queueing up for a piece of the company. Plain sailing.
But then I do know Masterman and he is a good salesman - confident, fairly eloquent and has more knowledge than his audience but only reveals the positives.
On listening I feel more positive, why because Masterman tells the story I want to hear - but then it comes down to do I trust him - back to square one - sorry Mr. Masterman - the malaise with the company sp is not down to the UK general election or Brexit (try climate change next time) - it is down to trust in you to deliver what you say - I think you will but when I am not sure and I am not betting my house on it - just one of the rooms.
