morning all, Didn't really expect to see this drop and painful to watch knowing that i could have sold out, But still hoping for a take over and next year see a good rise in profits from the USA which in turn will send the SP up.
Bloody do gooders destroying the SP....
If we see sub 150, then this time i will average down.
I think I’ll keep in, see how the market response to the mrp tomorrow. Can’t wait for the exit poll on Thursday, either be a nice relaxing Thursday night/Friday morning or re-setting volumes and stop loss prices before the market opens.
Thanks morbox just seen poll. On for a blue win then. Watching for any drop to take advantage of.
Just looked at YouGov’s website in states “ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
New data from YouGov’s MRP model will be published at 10pm on Tuesday December 10th. The website and this announcement will be updated as soon as the new data is live.”. Not sure where I saw Sky had first rights on publishing.
YouGov’s MRP out tonight, it’s being published at 22:00. I think sky has bought first rights in publishing. It should give the best view on how the country is thinking. I think anyone on this board wants and needs a Blue win. Phy510 I nearly did the same “sold half” earlier today but decided to wait until I see the polling tonight. Hell of the day for me everywhere apart from the AA for some reason, and Bids came back up a bit.
On WHM just need some good US figures and hopefully a good half year so Divs will rise as per policy. No matter which colour gets in, I think the uk gambling sector could be in for a bad 2020 with focus on online betting. US expansion needs to start paying dividends, I see this week WMH have opened the first sports book in Miami, “first in Florida”.
Well I sold half my position and now looking for a good time to get back in. Tricky with the election coming up. Buy before or after that is the question. Would like to get in at low 160’s really. Then reckon a rise into Xmas off the back of a Santa rally then a continued rise into new year up to results. Any ideas on price action with either a red or blue win. ?
