Will it break 50p today?
If the dividends retained that is a clear indicator that the future is positive and thus surely will re rate.
Paul Hill is very keen on this , Vox has had some very positive articles and lets face it affordable housing has to be the new agenda. I bought in to hedge against labour getting in. If they do this type of company will do very well, and if they don't it's business as usual and recovery play.
If the dividend is unchanged then yes. Highly unlikely though.
Based on dividends, yes. But they may decide to pause or reduce dividends payments, to hoard cash. The last one represented a cut, so I expect there to be a dividend, but quite possibly reduced. Lets see what the CEO announces nextmonth.
Is the 17.895% yield, shown on the website, still true ?
I work for a rival business and have noticed WJ are making positive moves in land market again .
This is a quality firm that is undervalued , albeit whose margins have been heavily squeezed. Can see two years in 40-70 range but then a major pop, when interest rates ease, and build cost inflation less a concern .
This is creeping up bit by bit and before you know it will be backyo a decent price
Good one to hold until interest rates drop, fingers crossed this is going to be a good recovery stock.
Lots of good press, Large buys from the BoD even at this price and bit higher, a new eco who gas been at the company previously. The uk has a huge housing problem and WJG build rentable accommodation. What is there not to like.
Don't want to wish my life away but I do want to see where this will be in a years time
Unlike you I’ve never bought up THG on the Watkin Jones feed unlike you.
Given your (highly dubious) boast that you own 800k shares in THG dross and your repetitive mention of them on the wrong BB (won’t take long to check your own words my friend below 🤣), I wouldn’t be presumptuous to conclude you’re fat fingered trader who can’t input a trade or a BB board with any accuracy .
Better luck next time , and keep lucky 888
1983 - Year of your birth I shouldn’t wonder. You’re still on the wrong BB, never mind fool. (Not that’s any of your business but never said THG was value at its historic prices my average is the low 70’s. Try to be data driven and not presumptuous it might help you in your life - Or keep being you (A Fool) 😁
@monty you should go into politics , your ability to deny truth in the face of overwhelming evidence is impressive .
“THG SP certainly sank like the titanic”
I will refer you to your own post on the WJG BB on the 19 Oct 2023 08:35. I await your apology.
Nope, never starting posting about THG on this BB. But do post a lot on THG BB about THG as hold 800k shares in THG. I guess Smorrish had a senior moment whilst looking at where I post. Do agree and per previous post regarding WJG that we are very undervalued and now after the kitchen sinking I think it’s going to be continual positive updates that will get us back over 100p again and hopefully much higher - GLA WJG holders.
Apology yield of WJG, is 18.847, not 20+.
Speculative WJG, as recently made new 5 year low price, however Bull ish break of down trendline, but unfortunately overhead supply from previous trading volume, leading up to 50. Sector chart and WJG, both broke above bullish pivots today. Separating Bollinger bands mean increased volatility, whether up or down. Suggest keep a tight stop if speculating any higher. Apart from the 5 year low , the 20+ yield is a second red flag for the equity.
Good day today for all WJG shareholders. Lets hope the reverse continues.
What a complete moron
@Monty pretty sure it was you who bought up THG in first place looking back at comments 😂
Anyway agree with the overall sod THG sentiment. Let’s just enjoy today for WJ!!
Smorris - If it’s not about WJG and it’s someone else’s post then your. Itv on the wrong BB fella. Stick to posting about WJG on this board and THG on THG’s board.
Yeah good start. Perhaps the start of Santa's rally if anyone believes in that .......
No I’m not I was referring to someone else’s post. You obviously haven’t seen it.
So, 40p broken at last.
Your on the wrong board smorris, this is Watkin Jones matey.
I was not talking about WJG. THG ...............
