SCSW with a positive write up this weekend. Looks like he is tempted to add to the portfolio for the monster gains that could be had if the current performance continues.
I can see MC taking over HS in September at a takeout price in the low 20s.
5.24 - 5.42
buys are still showing as sells
Didn't finncap previously say 30-50 for a Mastercard bid?
Wameja Ltd - Australian cross-border payment services company - Mastercard has provided a EUR15 million loan facility to joint venture HomeSend SCRL. No change to the loan facility provided by Wameja to HomeSend.

Buy trades over sells this morning 3 to 1
Fabulous RNS today
SP has 20p potential
finnCap target price today ... 20p.
Wow - wasn't expecting such a big drop. Just topped up. I fail to see what more the market could have wanted from yesterdays TU?
I agree JMUK
Mastercard will be watching very closely with a possible buyout of the remainder before it gets too expensive.
They must be thinking it looks very cheap now
One to hold or accumulate in my opinion
Good to see the numbers increasing at more significant amounts in the last 2 quarters, which will compound very quickly if they can keep it up. Surprised the share price isn't higher. Difficult to value and obviously speculative, but this is one share that I think will deliver.
5.60 - 5.94
SP currently
HomeSend maintains its intention to review its business plan towards the end of Q3 2020, to ensure that HomeSend is structured for any acceleration in its increasing customer base and volume growth.
Lets hope they dont dilute the share price again with another placing.
5.42 - 5.60
current share price
My gut feeling is that there is positive news on the horizon in terms of the growing favourable acceptance of HomeSend as a vehicle for cross-border transactions. and ultimately profit for Wamaja and MasterCard, which will be reflected in higher SP for shareholders.
peter where are you- please reappear with a message
peter
as I read finncap's note I cant help thinking this is a good entry point as the sp is at 5.1
Mastercard lends further support to HomeSend- any thoughts?
Mastercard has provided a large (€15m) loan facility to HomeSend to increase the size of its currency float. This is very encouraging, indicating both significant expected growth in the volume of transactions over the HS platform, and Mastercard’s continuing commitment to the business. HS uses the loans to hold currency in its various destination countries to enable swift payment of transactions. It has already received loans of €2.5m from Wameja and €4.5m from Mastercard, so clearly expects an increased scale of transactions on the platform – in line with expectations and the growth in KPIs seen to date. A commercial lender is being sought, but Mastercard itself has stepped in; clearly this demonstrates HS is an important element in its cross-border strategy and of growing value to the US payments giant, underlining the value of Wameja’s stake.
WJA exists so deep under the radar it is almost invisible.
Very thinly traded. Great when somebody other than me does some posting - thanks
Some times there is movement on Sydney before LSE, so it is an indication.
Expect results of movement (business) in the latest Quarter soon. (previous quarter bookings were up 33%)
In the back of my mind is the distinct possibility of WJA (potentially)being taken over by MasterCard . Not quite sure at what price - certainly a premium on current.
pete why are you following the australian liting instead of aim- what 's your take on WJA - is is a good entry point if adding?
