Not my buys 15k at 5p but somebody is trying to spike it
Crazy this stock 3.5-4.5p spread and cannot buy anything online and turn down a tiny 15000 fill or kill too. Too illiquid but with all that cash and now profitable it should recover if only they would let you buy some

Agreed Gazzleberry.....it may look cheap now....but they act in their own interests....and not all shareholders......all profits reward the select few here!
Wham bam, thank you ma’am. Some of these directors will no doubt end up serving time for the fraud they have committed here but that will be of little consolation to those that have just seen their pension pots disintegrate. This will 100% end up being wound up with hopefully several prison sentences to go with it. I hope they used lube!
Doesn’t look like a good punt to me
Effectively there is new owners (one @40%) and the PI is wiped out.....retention bonuses remain, senior staff will salary sacrifice but receive no cost share options...so dilution to continue by the back door....and more new owners. Perhaps the £2bn odd group assets under management will "force/ motivate" the new owners to take it private.....whilst being able to part profit from selling 3p shares for 100% profit maybe??
Effectively with the new say £4.5m spent already and cost cutting measures to come into play the chance of recovery is good but with 50% spread and ill intentions imo to PIs I am not coming in!
GLA
there is something funny about a broker doing a placing...and at a massive discount means they've ****ed a few people off!
Wow AIM is something else isn't it?
Not only do a company raise at an 80% plus discount but then when people want to buy after said raise the MMs give you a wonderful 50% spread
So not only do you have to pay 3 times the raise price you literally lose 30% straight away [50% advertised spread 30% actual]
That is pretty unbelievable and would put any newbies off for good
People are greedy they see fast bucks, they do not care about facts and common sense. They think they can pay 8-9p here and in 1 hour it will 15-20p. People are still piling into ITS at 23 times higher than last weeks low, not for me but they still see a profit up to them I guess
Slow start
Look at the trades and spread
1 trade of any meaninfgful value and they paid less than a grand but had to pay 6.90p for it.
People are paying 3p in the placement.
Wow another AIM scam and this shouldn't be allowed to happen
Spread since open has meant nobody has made any profit - yet
There's always one or two greedy traders out for a fast buck but paying 7.5p when Vendors are paying 3p is just nuts 150% premium just remember that pi's when they suck you in before the big drift
At 5p the mcap is still £11m
Too much.
L2 guess who is on 4p bid ...WHIS so they conduct this shocking fundraising and now trying to get people pay the 5p offer so they can make a killing on the 3p stock they have. That is shocking, people should not pay more than 3.25p if they must play !
LOOKING BACK ON TRADE HISTORY very poor some days no buys/sells .i see 3p
The residual value of the existing shares.. I dunno!
Valued at £13m with 60m shares yesterday
New value £18m with 225m shares (ish)
Very basic concept I know. We will see.
Yesterdays SP 21p with mcap of £13m, around 60m shares in issue
Placing of £5m at 3p means £150m new shares issued
What the F.
So existing shareholders diluted to the tune of nearly 1:4
What on EARTH does the SP do from here!?
Today will be an absolute massacre, I feel awful for existing shareholders.
That might THE worst placing I've ever seen.
Would think we probably see 5p today?

Revenue are up a bit, but administrative expenses are totally killing it, profitability got a huge blow, I don't see justification for investment atm, sp is crazy high to justify it.
