Good luck against the Swiss. The Germans must have felt at home in Glasgow with all the Lidl and Aldi near Cathcart (home of SPX pumps) and Mount Florida. A psychiatrist. is that why I am getting ads for cuckoo clocks on lse? It's not that Lee Scratch Perry is it? Sounds like a cheap bottle of Worcester sauce from the discounters. Not the real McCoy or the real Jim McColl then - butcher's boy and one of our wealthiest men. Started as an apprentice at Weirs. atb.
Mormon?
Sefton up 30% or more at one point when I checked today. Can you let your friend know that I don't have five children - just five husbands and lovers. It's a new religion I am trying out that allows women to have as many men on the go at the same time as they like. Good luck with your weir.
So going to watch for a while and see if it means investment/trading goes elsewhere. You'll be alright sid with that big investment you've built up in rolls Royce - be able to live on the divis on your boat and if tht are paying out any redundancy then your family will be quids in. That's the mist descended to drive through and give lifts to sundry before making my way to work - some of us still have to do that you know. Not Portpatrick but maybe see the kelpies if there's time. Good luck with your sefton lego.
Sorry, could not resist. ..... Might be me, have been called worse. Worked for Weir in better times, always keep an eye on them.
You know who the dipstick was don't ya. As long as I know that you know. I'm just too gallus for these bbs and you know it.
I'm not holding any weir lego. I posted that I'd sold and might buy in if the newish director is willing to lead the way. Would still buy this and adn (sponsor's of the ladies Open in Ayrshire and doors open) faster than I'd buy an Aim's share like csi as I said previously on here. Morgan Stanley I think predicting the end of the slump. I was informed that there's a private group of shareholders operating a CAZD forum. Was I misinformed? If not please provide me with the entrance info. lol Goodnight
Dropped out of ftse 100. Let's blame that Nick Clegg.
Can anyone offer any reason as to why this has fallen so far? Surely due for a rebound at some point? Anyone have any buy-in targets?

A bit cold this year in Balmaha for taking your long johns off and throwing them at anybody. First reported crime in years in Canna. Loads of hand knitted Tom Weir style hats taken. Bought some island toiletries to lend some support to the fragile economy. Very callous thieves. Away for a Sainsbury's burger lol to heat me up.
Tom? Jones or Cruise? Have a good hike
Bit of a flicker this morning. Now off in search of statue of Tom and walking the West Highland Way.
Hope you had a good hol. Keeping an eye on this but suspect further to go yet. Got out in May with a modest profit on the rise from January. So many big companies with multi-year lows and excellent divs about at the moment it is almost spooky.
Back from holidays. Suspect lego is on his. "see weir dropping further in the short term" Possibly so HCh.JS but at least this and adn on my watch list now as I know what they do and that they have phoenix like qualities. Whereas cup aka csi I have no idea and the first was a dodo. atb
I see this dropping further in the short term.
Certainly motoring today. Your post of 16th June is very informative. As somebody from the dear green place, of course I think this is a smashing company. I suppose it's all about making money and I thought it had dropped too far in late April and admit to snatching a quick profit. Could have been more but my former brokers had problems one morning. Foolishly, I didn't sell all my Rolls Royce around the same time but I see a window there with a new chief executive about to take up post and their half year results quite soon after announcing record sized contract gains. Will look in again after my holidays. Weir is heavily shorted and there is often a volatility created by that. I would just reiterate though that I like to see new directors buy after a few months to instil some confidence in the company. I apologise for any banter but often these bbs become stale and the best posts on the ng. bbs of late are stray ones from a holder here about burgers lol. Bit of "trivia" related to one of my errant posts. John Smith died at 55 - same age as Charles Kennedy. atb.
Strange to see so much banter of late (well, a fortnight ago) on this BB. Anyway. I can see this SP heading north when people start putting two together. Shale gas in the UK. Approval for Cuadrilla to drill and frack in Lancashire. Weir is a major manufacturer of state-of-the-art frack pumps, unitised with MTU (Rolls Royce) engines, european road-legal. They already have a head start, and the potential UK market could lead to some seriously good business.
scru not scri. lack of sleep?
just scritinising thee posts.!!!!!!!!!
Not bed just logging off but I was asked a question somewhere else. Getting a glass of rose been on a hospital visit. John Smith's grave was sinking with all the visitors. I think it was a greggs pasty or something I promised one of ya lol maybe a custard pie. defo goodnight.
Knew you had sold mrw but scary amounts out on loan there and at Sainsbury. Question is why. Take care.
Aye I bet you can't wait till I get right into your Tesco shares and crank up the ramping. Could be the next spd or deb.
Did I offer to buy you something with my bpty to loot. Might have been Trojan can't remember. Horrible start to the summer here but going to brave it over the next few days.
Tell me about it! Ondrugs was in on this rise and if he had posted here we would surely have done better. Would be nice to see some director buys by the new directors. Goodnight.
