I simply changed mine through my London Broker. That minimal cost well repaid due to increase in SP.

Has anyone ever converted the ordinary shares to ADS after the transition in 2017?
I sill have some ordinary shares in my bank statment and the bank told me i have to find a broker to change it to ADS. However, i expect this involves huge costs and a bit discount. Has anyone some experience?
Many thanks j5nicks. Much appreciated.
Nice to hear from for Izstar and hope that you are keeping well. It’s a shame that you lost out, but I guess that’s the risks and choices associated with share dealing! Hindsight is a wonderful thing, as I realise that I sold too soon, but of course the SP could have tanked a few days after the trial success, and I have been caught out before!
Anyway, thank you for your reply and best wishes for 2023.
Hi TGTBT, I believe the consolidation was 50/1 administered back in 2017. Since trading only on NASDAQ 8 x ordinary shares represents 1 ADS, hope this helps
How lovely to hear from you Digger - we sure go back a long way
No, I was pi''ed off by the move to the US so sold out so lost a pretty massive sum here. I am however really pleased you hung on as I think Rhodi did too. Well done for trust and faith in the drug and I am very pleased you got your money back
All the very best to you Digger and Rhodi if you read this
HNY all! Great to see VRP going from strength to strength.
Grateful if anybody can advise what the dilution level was when this was a purely a UK listed company to listing on NASDAQ? My wife use to have 1.885m shares at an average of 1.8p. She now has just over 6.5k shares.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Was hoping for $75 a share, not sure how realistic that is but will wait another 18 months to find out.
Some people on the stocktwits chat are talking $100 after NDA and the FCA approval - not sure if it'll happen but holding tightly...
I did manage to buy more shares under $5 back around end May/June, so have a nice profit so far, but I still think it has plenty of scope yet, and after 15 years another year or so doesn't seem too long to wait.
Check out the chat on stocktwits if you need any encouragement.
It all came good in the end guys! Only 14 years for me and probably only made 20%, so allowing for inflation at 2% pa prior to 2021/23, I probably broke even. Sold out yesterday, a bit premature but happy to have finally got my money back.
I hope you guys managed to reap some benefit as well, after all this time.
Like you Thomson, I have held these for 14 years but sold out yesterday. Probably a bit premature based on today’s move. However, I have been badly burnt twice Renx and AGl, with both releasing excellent results. The former moving from $30 to $2 having been shorted to hell on the basis of no revenue.
Although very well funded, again VRNA now valued at $1.4b which again is massive based on potential!
No advice from me, but watch carefully if you intend to hold to revenue!
Where do people estimate this to be when the New Drug Application is approved - I have had these shares for well over 15 years now, and am going to hold till the end. Question is, when is the end, we have been so close to both success and failure over the years - it looks like we finally have some great results, and really nothing to stop us now. But how much is the share price worth when Ensifentrine comes to market?
Good news out. Interesting to see how this goes on US open.

Very compelling.

Finally starting to look interesting for long suffering holders.
Even more funding, but non-dilutive this time:

Should see us through to commercialisation and hopefully a good return. In this one until the end...

Massive $150m raise, fully subscribed at $10.5 per ADS. Fully backed and funded
Nice to hear from you Izstar!
It’s been a long long frustrating road, but it seems that things a starting to move along. New fund raise was a surprise based on their cash position, however , it was well supported at a good price of $10.5 and comfortably funds them through to commercialisation. Get me to $20 and I will be over the moon! I hope you are both well.
Good to see you and Digger and unfortunately I believe confusion 2 may have sadly passed. Anyway I have to say I think I might have sold the entire holding at £14 had I still held my original amount. I have made the losses back from here but hopefully bewise is still in and doing well and some of the others who were regulars. Good health and continued prosperity on VRNA. Surprised they are seeming to do another fundraise. Is that correct as thought the cash flow was strong. Yes we will meet in Brum.
Like old times seeing you two on this just missing confusion 2. Sold all mine for a huge loss but like rhodi could not resist a small further holding so obviously pleased at recent development - well done digger for keeping the faith
ATB to you both and we will do that Brum get together!
Good to hear from you and hope you are well?
I need around $20 to break even, so a little way to go yet, but all looking good FINALLY!
Holding is small here but still pleased that it is moving in right direction. All free carry so will wait and hope it gets to a higher level yet. Would not invest at this price but I am sure many will. Well done to those that may have clawed back their money and others that are well in profit. Hope izstar digger and all LTH's are in good health.
Missed an opportunity to sell at $14, so I guess I will have to wait for results of Enhance 1 at year end!
Unless these results attract more investors in search of the larger prize.
