Already sold - nothing stopping me posting so tough !!!!!!!
Mikeyh68...
I read nothing but negative comments in your posts and this is consistent for a long period of time.....if you hate this share so much, sell up and move on....constant negativity is draining....perhaps this is your actual motive to supress any enthusiasm for this share.
SP is up 11% in the past couple of weeks so due a pullback - might fill the gap around 122 before moving up again towards 136... is my guess
I see this pile of junk is back to its downward movement on the last two up days on the ftse
Think your probably right about sticking with the dividend stocks though, at least you still have income from them if the share pricedrops, seems a safer option
Yes. It goes to show that once you spot any kind of trend it is too late! I'm sure experienced trading desks exploit or even create these trends - like a stealth tactic.
I'm not so sure, most of my funds including Scottish mortgage trust that are into tech stocks, had been dropping over the last couple of months, but they seem to have reached their bottom, and have all been making gains over the last week, whereas my dividend shares seem to have stagnated even though they are approaching exdiv, but saying that we still have inflation ahead of us
It's all about high dividend paying stocks now.. Maybe telcos are less vulnerable to supply chain issues too.
Going on last years charts vod reached it's peak on 07/05/2021 at 141.82, then started it's decline, totally different circumstances now of course, with all that's been going on, but will be interesting to see what happens
best of luck

Rob i really can't be arsed......Like Gary said he probably drives a Lada and has a very small ***** .....hence he feels the need to troll ... like i said earlier he trolls on many sites with a name like Porsche1946 what do you expect....
Sotonspike, well don't be mean then ?, give him a reply he probably lives on his own lol
lol......
Spike, yes the small brained person is well known as a **** who has the intellect of a worm & that’s being unkind to worms. Apparently he also drives a 20 year old Lada does the Porsche wannabe.
Gary i wouldn't bother replying to the idiot....he trolls on many sites....guessing he w$&KS himself silly with how many replies he gets....
PORSCHE YOU REALLY HAVE A VERY SMALL BRAIN. Plus if you are going to post juvenile, ill thought out posts try to get a basic understanding of a companies finances.
NAV ideals with a businesses accounting concepts of assets. In the context of companies and business entities, the difference between the assets and the liabilities is known as the net assets or the net worth or the capital of the company.
It really is simple STUPID !!!
Vod net asset value is now 7.21p a share. This will be about 70p in 5 years time. Terminal decline. Nobody is going to buy out this pos. The share price reflects a total value of 12 billion less than its debt. It’s shxt even by dog index of the world UK standards. Dump it and buy Goog, Amzn or Msft you muppets.
Dan , enjoy your holiday, and hopefully you will get a pleasant surprise when you return
all the best
Hi robleo. I don't normally look at the vod sp when I go skiing, no time for that, far to busy skiing & drinking. summer hols yes, I buy a newspaper. But skiing has taught me one thing, what goes up, comes down? But vod has already come down, so time to go up?! O.K. as top vod Ramper??! , I will have to go higher 1.36. Talk in a weeks time. Cheers.
Wow - big volume today and this week actually. Corporate activity? At this price, Vodafone is definitely a target!
The sum of parts - evidenced by offers for Vantage Towers and Italian business alone - makes Vodafone susceptible to being bought and split up!
Enjoy the ride.
Well nice to finish the week in the blue guys, so Dan will you be having a peek in here each day on your holiday, be honest now, I will predict 135 for next Friday, can we have your guess before you go please and anyone else
Cheers
nice age????way past that now.....
Hi sotonspike. I am up at 3am tomorrow for my hol. In case some may think I am being a bit polite of late, I wouldn't want you lot talking about me behind my back?! Late 30's when I get back would be great, It's a nice age as well!
Thanks for your courteous reply Daniel and I don't mind banter. I know this share is heavily day traded for fractions of a % but I am a long term holder - and other boards actually bring some analysis to the table. We are all here to make money and when someone adds something to the board that actually supports the investment case or adds to the fundamentals of the investment I believe we should encourage it.
Hi Dan thought you were off on your hols.....guess your off later.....anyway have a good one and don't break anything while on the piste.....and yes when you get back this might in the mid to late 30's fingers crossed...
Paul. Sorry but I hope you don't mind me making a point here. I hold a lot of vod shares, & I am generally very positive, but I welcome posts from those who are negative, even if they don't hold, as long as they are not whinging about it. I am glad however, that you sound positive, & wish you all the best.
