Whatever it ends up being it'll certainly be grim. Margherita is simply not delivering. It's all jam tomorrow so far and really not good enough. Should this dip into the sixties when it goes ex dividend, then I really think she should consider her position.
Robleo/ Doyen Dan, I like to use the phrase
" it's not everybody's cup of tea " but if either of you have Samovar I be grateful for this week...don't forget take everything with a pinch of salt..atb
I will go to 73
Allowing for price today and dividend being removed from pricing on Thursday I’d say 71.8p

Hi rob. The saying is, "You can please all of the people, some of the time, or some of the people, all of the time, but not, all of the people, all of the time". I'm sure roofer knew that!?
Daniel, doing a better job than me, how dare you
Roofer, i think i did it for several months for a bit of fun with the encouragement from dan ,i think it was a time when the share price dropped to a pound and made it's way up to 1.40, then decided to stop it, as the saying goes, you can please some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time
so do what ever you feel is right for you
Hi roofer. Believe it or not, it was me who 1st did the guessing game, but I wasn't very good at it,so rob took over, & did a better job, but not as good as you. It was started before the russian war, but many stopped joining in because of the war. Please keep it going. Cheers & have a good week..
82p is where my stop loss is
Robleo, I'm in agreement with the" wise friend"
Yes I do think the SP will recover and will be happy to see everyone on here back on dry land, also can I get back to you on your proposal,
Incidentally out of curiosity how long has the guessing game been running, I think you were penman previously....atb

72 for me please roofer, as long as nobody objects
If you keep it to Friday evening and the weekends and leave mon to fri when the markets are open to the more serious traders, i don't see why it should be a problem for anyone, you can never please everyone
Of course it could still fall through, that's why it is called a proposed merger, not a definate merger. Simple!
Someone should abolish that lot.
BRUSSELS, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Vodafone (VOD.L) and CK Hutchison's $19 billion mobile merger in Britain does not pose any competition concerns to EU antitrust regulators, according to a European Commission filing.
The companies sought approval from the EU competition enforcer for their bid to create the UK's biggest mobile operator on Oct. 30.
The Commission, which set a Dec. 6 deadline for its decision, is reviewing the deal under its simplified procedure.
The deal in contrast faces intense scrutiny from the UK's Competition and Markets Authority because it will reduce the number of networks from four to three, a threshold which regulators worry could reduce competition.
It's not guaranteed as it is subject to regulatory approval, which is probably why the announcement of the merger has had no effect on the SP. By the time the decision's made we'll probably have a Labour government and as Unite were objecting to the merger (they donate a lot of money to Labour and will therefore have a lot of influence), I'm doubtful that it'll be approved. It's just bad timing. VOD investors are going to be waiting a long time for a decent SP uplift unless Margherita can spring some surprises!
Doyen Dan , I like that one, very amusing, I have to admit it didn't register straight away
Where would BB without you ....atb
Thanks fleccy, I forgot about that. Roofer, can I change my prophecy to 74.5 please. (not that I am taking this proprecy thing too seriously?) O.kay.
