Now that we hear that the class action for alleged overcharging is spreading to other countries I would counsel against buying here until the issue is sorted one way or the other. This company & the sector in general has more than enough issues without this but they only have themselves to blame for the overcharging issue, simple greed with no thought for their customers.
How low can it go?
No Jax I sold at 77 thank god, just brought back in at 69
Hi Dan, just ignore them mate, to be honest i don't care what they say, i only blame myself, that's one of the dangers of topping up, i thought i had a bargain when i added more at 86p but it seems it has just increased my losses, let's see where it goes next year, it's not over until the fat lady sings, not sure if Margarita pizza is fat or not, i will have to ask Jax he seems to know a lot about her
And don’t be so naive to believe Margerita pizza will be anything other than fine on the basis that she’s being paid a huge sum regardless
Imo she’s clueless
Glad you’re chilled Dan
It took you to say that for me to believe it
Hi rob. I will go along with that. I'm chilled. I am sure Margerita is as well, Shame about jaxy though. He is like a cat on a hot tin roof. He needs to calm down. One day?
Jax. Go & see your doctor then.
Well going from memory this dropped down a couple of times in the last few years reaching it's low of a £1 by xmas time, then started rising again in the new year, getting up to 140, i have just given myself a few kicks for not selling then, but it is what it is, so maybe we should all chill out and get into the xmas spirit, and hope this share can find some energy and start rising in 2024

VOD just keeps giving. If you are are selling and buying on the way down, the dividend washes VODs face if you get a few wrong. Even if you consider the product a 'dog star' status - £1 for Europe and 80p for Africa imo. E& at tipping point.
Danielle chill your beans mucker
Coronary disease is just a moment away
Jax. does your mummy think you are funny? Go back to the amusement arcade untill you grow up, & then try the stock market. You think this is all just a joke don't you? Imagine having an idiot like you as the C.E.O. of vod. Have a good weekend though, you can't help being an idiot, I guess?

There are probably other ways to push the price of a stock either way without shorting; I'm guessing one possible way to push the price of a stock down, might be to direct buy's Off Exchange and sell's On Exchange to ensure buys aren't price setting, but sells are. I'm not sure its legal to direct order flows in order to manipulate a stock price, but I'm guessing it's possible. In my opinion Off Book trading shouldn't be allowed, every trade should contribute to setting the price of a stock.
"Jax recently bought into vod at 60p. Read his history. Welcome aboard Jax."
Was that in a dream, or did he see it in his crystal ball? It hasn't been 60p since the 90's.

So your thesis is that some participants among the £34m traded shares are shorters responsible for the drop and the breakthrough of the support level? Where is the logic in this?
Where is the scaling and snowball effect in yesterday's move? You think seasoned shorters are dumb?
Vod closing Sp 15th Dec
Tars 83.14p
KiwiTwo 67.6p
Roofer 69.95p

Short tracker wont show you any short positions below 0.50%. They only show above 0.50% as it need to be declared by the institution.
You dont need to prove short positions. Next week when they will buy back their position, this will rise back above 70p. without any reason.
Apologies meant to say £34m of vod was traded
Lse2000
Where is your proof on the shorting? There is literally no real money driving/pushing the share down. Yesterday's volume was ca 50m shares--> ca £63m traded. That's like 4 days worth of gross interest for Bezos.
Anybody and I mean anybody thinking to short this stock is a lunatic. You could turn around and say that one could have made 30% in less than year by shorting vod, which is true, but it would have been a trading decision purely based on luck. Fundamentally speaking, this should be traded above 160. No hedge fund worth their salt would short this stock based on the current information. Pure madness and imprudence to short.
FYI This is the latest dashboard of most shorted stock in Europe. Where is telco in here? https://whalewisdom.com/short_position
Can I have 67.6p for next week please
