Is the AGM before or after the £10 party at The Shard?
Do they have on at the Savoy?
Which branch of Wetherspoons have they chosen for the AGM?
Why not ask your questions at the next AGM, which will be held in London.
Oh, you cant as you're not a shareholder.
Don't worry , I'll ask for you.
If he had any faith in the company, he’d convert his “debt” to equity.
Fancy doing that PLY?
Yes, none
Let's asume they are actively mining now. Are they making money doing so? It's not a given it's profitable. Mining is not a license to print money, as its really resource intensive by designed.
It gets more confusing. One of the RNSs states they would mine 1 BTC every 10 days at 38 PH/s
But a hashrate of 38 PH/s equates to around 2 BTC being mined every 30 days.
That's 50% out.
Just briefly skimming their RNSs. On the 9th November they issued a placing citing it was to purchase 250 'new' miners, subsequently they issued a further RNS advising they had acquired 171 second-hand machines.
What happened?
What's their current hashrate Dom-Bella?
That’s not true take are as they are mining BTC and are holding BTC and enlarged there numbers of machines just recently. Maybe you are thinking of 9 months ago . You need to catch up .
Well said takecare! Essentially, DL has a 21% share in another shell company....with 0% revenue! Maybe ask yourself...why would he do this? Because it's a strategy he involves to gain his own profits....and he'll certainly find an interest in something else soon too, as it's a repeating process for DL.
Newbies...I'd suggest you look at this with a very long bargepole...!
21% share in another David Lenigas shell company with zero revenue. Wow, very exciting for Valerium shareholders. This is all inter-connected company nonsense that makes it possible to create excitement and ramp the ill informed. But there is no actual business or revenue happening in any of them.
Hi do we still own 27k approx shares in vinanz i think the rns on the Vlrm site says we do and got at 3p now 8+ surely these are going to bounce now bit on a run and they have more mining machines just arrived.some nice pocket change for us there
All they've got is momentum, it won't last without a clear, realistic plan and some serious funding.
This is a dead cat bounce.
No comments regarding your incorrect and misleading maths chimers? Just personal insults as usual.
I've stated I'm happy for genuine shareholders, and stand by that. But when you post on here asking "where are all the naysayers?" and come up with a load of made up percentages, you're going to get called out.
For what it's worth, I couldn't think of a worse place to spend Christmas than in 'your' pub.
0/10 so far mate, you're just unhappy that we are back from suspension and in an upward trajectory.
would be good to have you in my pub over Christmas. not
.... However, only two buys went through under 3p on the 24th, so this is also a misleading figure.
Let me know if you need help with any further calculations chimers - happy to assist.
"Bless, some poor sucker sold for 2p earlier, he could have got 4.68p if he had patients."
What sort of patients chimer? Was he a doctor?
You're comparing the lowest sell price from Nov 24th (2.07), with the current price to buy. That's very misleading, but I'm sure you know that.
The lowest buy on the 24th was 2.50, it's currently 4.68 to BUY (not sell), that's an 87% increase. However, only two buys went through
Bless, some poor sucker sold for 2p earlier, he could have got 4.68p if he had patients.
that's more than 125%
Check your maths chimers.
Up based only on ramping telegram group saying how wonderful the BOD is and Patrick hero worship, as ever.
Still no actual business, strategy or anything that can drive long term value. Share price will creep up while they can maintain the ramp-energy. But it will colapse at some point. no doubt some money to be made still for traders and those off loading shares while convincing other to 'average down'.
Oops sorry my mistake, up 125%
But it's up 100% in less than a month.
you are never happy
Nothing's happened chimers.
SP is down 60% YTD, and over 90% down from all time highs.
Is that what you want to hear?
