You are talking about an exchange here , not a hole in the ground ,
Patrick L Young is top class .
All the ducks are nearly lined up .
RP has overseen a vision never seen , Just think whom would like .
Most people don’t trust RP MJ, he given many reasons not to over the years.
That’s not to say, things change.
Never I’m my years have I popped onto LSE and read a Director of one company slander another though, what a great look that is for Loinsgold Tally Ltd.
And just for the record, in here because of Patrick Yonug, no one else. Look him up if u don't know about him already
Bigmj, u make me laugh fella. U don't trust Richard but you trust Cameron Parry???
I've heard it all now. I actually thought you were genuine but even your timescales on tally keep getting pushed back too. You're just like Parry
MJ, I was also TR1 and sure you remember me. I understand your frustration but we have very strong board now. I trusted Richard to the end of UPPT and now I doubled value of my PCGE shares. The company has very good potential and we just have an strong foundations with GSX and Juno. I still trust Richard and after many talks (when PCGE was delisted from AIM) I decided to continue back up him. Certainly investing on this market is high risk however is within my risk appetite. Good luck with MTR.
I was a very large shareholder in PCGE and met Poulden a number of times, I won’t go into why but he is not someone who you should trust with one penny of your money, I ended up with shares in VLRM as a legacy from PCGE then upper Thames and sold quickly as I know what he is really like
Nobody knows but personally I think it will be a stock and cash split. I would think that the company hope that the 80p warrants get hit to increase cash in the bank to pay for some of it, plus stock award in the future like the Juno agreement. The company has such a low dilution that it can probably afford 30m at a higher price to round up shares to 100m and still be appealing. All conjecture at the moment but it may also come from private investment with a repayment plan
Dan
Thanks for that Sanboy.
How is GSX being paid for?
Ok now here is my statement. VLRM is undervalued
Ok so how do i make this statement. I take the current MCAP and look at it from what is currently on / soon to be on the books. You cant look at it from revenue perspective, but thats fine as you cant for many small/mid cap companies as they arent revenue generating. I give GGP as a casing point. If you take the value of the GSX ($12.8m) and the Juno group which i think is a couple of miillion and add a conservative PE ratio of say x5 then you get north of the current value. Understand the deal hasnt gone through yet, but you have to value the potential and also the value of the board. The board value has to be significant as you have Patrick on it. You have to value his connections and the opening doors to some big players like the chairmen of the NYSE. Next you have to value the agreement with Vinay MAP tech and the engagement of Hassans.
Its worth noting that Fintech companies usually add a ration of x25

Not sure what you by thats a no? Ive provide detail from his CV and it being about peoples buyin and profit made under Poulden era of Sirius? With regard to Lenigas, i dont know him but his reputation is known. However, he is a big investor who will sell when the time is right for him and that will have a short term hit on the SP if not absorbed by buyers. However, does that dictate whether the company will realise an increase in Value? So question, if David Lenigas dumps all his stock, does that mean VLRM will collapse? Does that mean Patrick Young has also fooled us all and the GSX deal is not real. I would be worried if you dont buy a stock because a private investor who has a so called tarnished history has bought in. Do you not invest against business fundamentals?
San
OK... so thats a no.
What about David Lenigas? I don't think you can post links here but google his name and read his Wikipedia page.
Let me know what you think.
Please provide me with some facts around why this is a poor share and Richard Poulden a poor chairmen?
Ok counterargument. Richard Poulden returned huge MCAP valuation through aquisitions. He also ran one of the most successful hedge funds before sirius if I'm correct on that (I cant find the detail on that) Could be seed capital or something. Its worth noting that some Sirius shareholders will be very unhappy wth Poulden, but some will hate him. This is all down to when people bought in and sold the share. I give you the example of GGP and Gervaise Heddle. I am a big fan because i bought at 1.72p and sold at 25p. Some bought at 38p and saw him oversee the duster that hit the share price by 50%.. Not fans of his.

> Please provide me with some facts around why this is a poor share and Richard Poulden a poor chairmen?
Post that name in the SXX forum and see what they say. Also say 'but when he left the company it was the highest share price ever'. And see what they say.
So i can start with some statements you have made in this chain
Statement: "Check.lvl2 and you'll see this is dead ....there's nothing to invest in here well apart from ifs and maybes"
Response: So VLRM has one of the highest volumes on the AQUISE exchange. Current shares traded are around 600k, which is significant against other Aquise stock like NFT or even QBIT. Also the current split 313-273 buy/sell meaning more people are buying than selling, so clearly people see an investment. Also if you see the book it is deceidely on the buy side with the bid moving and Ask to 33-34 with a tighter spread
Statement "Pump and dump girls"
Response: Would be good to get some more detail around this statement. The trading range suggests that its remaining within this pattern. No significant dumping of stock, but more sellers looking to move onto something different. I can tell this as majority of rounded numbers are on the buy rather than sell. The sells are unevan and look like PI's

Anybody feel free to chip in. BTW typo below, that should say dont ignore the facts
Dan
So here is a fun game. Why dont people put some facts against there statements be that positive or negative to initiate a structured debate. You mentioned ignore the facts KGR. Please provide me with some facts around why this is a poor share and Richard Poulden a poor chairmen? I will see if i can counter argue your points. I will then provide statements on my research with facts and you can counterargue? Anybody can join in. Lets go for it
San
Question motives but don't ignore facts.
Yeah the problem was any people looking for info here was directed to that telegram group, then I'm sure a few got suckered into the moons and rockets.
Crazy to think coz someone throws them a bone every now and again In the form of a message they buy more if this junk...
Don’t be left scrambling for shares when things get going
The trolls will be left behind lol
Question the motives
Theres more ramping on the VLRM telegram group than ramps on a Tony Hawks skateboarding course! (and that's saying something!).
It's the usual....;
'our time is now'
'buy low you will regret it'
'best time to get in'
'£10 by christmas'
'Im topping up'
'MMS playing games'
'this time next year rodders'
It's funny that the ones that said £2.00 by 2022 who are now saying £10.00 by 2023 and no-one are even questioning their previous predictions of £2.00.
It stinks.
As I said - very well. Topped up, thanks :-)
The trolls have sold up it would appear
Hold strong and top up
Very well, this stock is hopeless, no news here. Better to sell and catch the fantastic offers now!
Hate to say it but the writing is on the wall for Valereum. Nothing real just notional. Ppan and gang have been lording this for months. It looks like such a pump and dump.
I’ll be more interested with the price in the 100 plus mark
Mcap down to 20mill now
Good time buy while it’s quiet
You will struggle after any development
