Some crucial reading out today in the Annual report. Doesn't show here as an RNS because despite several attempts at asking LSE to change the company over, they can't be bothered. Tried on here, by e.mail and twitter.
Note to LSE - could we get this company changed over to VIP - Value & Income Trust please

Why, did they agree with the takeover offer when their company is going to soar in 2018? Vipera stayed relatively under the radar and seemed to not care; despite this strategy, they have secured so many profitable and revenue building contracts. To me, holding 613 000 shares; l believe that V****.* PLC has sold the smaller investors out, whilst knowing they are joining a company who together will strive forwards now and in the future; why were the loyal smaller investors not given the chance to share the future rewards that are coming their way. Is this again, where major players and investors get to prosper with the old adage money goes to money, where again demonstrating that lack of substantial money dictates the lost opportunities for the common person? S*** happens once again in my life; leaving you now to ponder, whilst l top myself.

There might be hope now Octopus have come in they obviously think its way undervalue too. Could be interesting now?
Its a done deal Apple its too small for any big players to come in and the BOD own 45%. Ive seen it before with Baltic a reasonable offer but doesnt fulfill the potential, Ive got 100,000 shares of these babies and I really was hoping for the big time here!
in the meantime, think yourself lucky and i'll leave you with this thought for the day>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> . The Good Lord took..... The hind legs of a donkey.... AND the strenght of a bull.... With the brains of a flea And the face of a mule.... The hump of a camel And the buzz of swarming bees.... Then with the sting of a viper... And tits on her knees .......He bunged 'em all on to my missus.... Then bunged her on to me.......................................lol
Can we not vote to refuse the offer...or if agreed is it a done deal......? From the Rns it looks done at 7.5p but can they decide to decrease the offer? Or maybe offers could come from other interested parties at a higher price...i don't know.? This one looks complicated to me. My brain is only as big as an 'apple' so absorbs only good things, lol
Disappointing! I thought this share would set me up for life, I'm so disappointed at the offer! The Boards of Directors of Vipera plc ("Vipera") and Sella Open Fintech Platform S.p.A. ("SOFP") announce that following recent discussions, SOFP is contemplating making an offer for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Vipera (the "Possible Offer"). The Boards of Directors of Vipera and SOFP would like to emphasise that at this stage there can be no assurances that such an offer will be made. Vipera shareholders are strongly advised to take no action at this moment.
Im interested Apple. I hold a few VIP and keep a watch on the board. Lets hope this is the start of some significant news flow which has been rather slow lately. Good luck all VIP holders
....no one seems interested. Good luck to all holders....?
Great to see this new product out, and in collsboration with Matercard.
albeit in USA: itemizes issues that need attention and satisfaction https://www.ccg-catalyst.com/mobile-apps-failing-many-banks-even-though-consumer-dependence-grows/
Yes Myguess, thats quite a leg up for that particular contract. Moreover, the doubling of the licence capacity sends out a very positive message to prospective clients from an existing user. Im not being negative, but this sort of business needs to become the norm. But business creates business, so hopefully the speed of growth will develop exponentially.
Good new contract win, and on repeat business. Good stuff.
Me too Davwal. From my past communications with the bod, they are very much of the opinion that the sp should be as a result of news flow and not of hype. Whilst i admire the integrity of it, there is a balance to be made between the two for a realisation of current fair value. At the moment we are not at fair value so the balance is wrong. I very much expect significant new contract wins and news flow, i just believe that they need to fill in the lead in times with some positive sentiment. I would buy more if the liquidity improved but at the moment i am happy to hold what i have and wait for the sales pipeline to provide the regular contracts we expect. Cant be long surely!!
Myguess, I'm genuinely surprised there hasn't been more to tell us, given the Spanish add-on, the bank investment etc.
Totally agree. Very suprised at the lack of newsflow. The bod have to realise that if updates arent regular then people will go somewhere else. I am going to email Martin this weekend to air my views as this should bevmuch higher on fundamentals alone. The bod need to savvy up a bit on the investor pr siide.

What a crap week that was. Some investors clearly seeing little to hang on for. Let's hope VIP has something positive and material to tell us about quite soon.
Someone sells 400 shares, 20 worth and the price goes down! Its a funny old game.
