Interesting observation from the TR-1 today that the Director who has upped his holding by 20 million shares is based in Dubai, UAE……Business hub of the Middle East…….sun shines there all day, every day pretty much …..would seem a very good place to be located for giving regional management support towards solar power related sales…….just saying.
And still steady buying and not much selling with the sp gradually recovering from the placing. News of actual decent sales with figures attached would be very welcome.
There’s the Director’s TR1 exactly as expected. Previously held 27,157,381 share. Added 20m in the placing and now holds 47,147,381.
Now holds over 10% of the company. Huge vote of confidence.
Please excuse typos and predictive text errors…
Thanks for responses. I was a bit mystified/worried but that’s my experience and Scepticism of AIM getting the better of me.
Forward selling doesn’t fit the facts.
Think it will be a transfer of some kind.
The share price has been extremely strong in the last few days.
And the 4 lots of 3.33m? Three of them were at 1.88 and one at 1.80. I wonder if two more of those will show up tomorrow… That would suggest the Director buy of 20m was forward sold with, if true, will set the cart among the pigeons. RR already treats lowly share holders with a good degree of contempt but overseeing that from a fellow Director would be a new low even by his own abysmal standards. Would be a quick £60k profit for Gavin though…
It does look like a roll over of 31 million shares. The price is too high for it to be 62 million shares sold.
Please, please don’t anyone say they are mostly from the recent Placing ie bought at 1.5p and have Ben forward sold at 1.8 for a 20% profit…? That’s what my worst fears are suggesting but perhaps someone knows better. If that’s exactly what has happened then what will happen to the sp tomorrow??
Anyone able to enlighten me please as to wtf those 75million shares printed in black are all about please? They haven’t had any impact on the sp so perhaps these are just roll overs? Much appreciated if anyone can be bothered to post. Tks
