There will be a repeat order from the mining company just the same as the India order.
I personally think they sell it as a purchase trial if happy full order if purchsased
DaddyAIM. The cost per KW is around €1.2. The largest order to date was for 1.5Mw for 6 x 250kw power in a box units for a total of $2.2m. You can find this in the RNS from 6th August.
In addition to this they have made sales to 2 oil and gas producers, a further mining operation owned by black tulip, sales of units to agriculture (barn roof) marine vessels in Thailand and Australia. Currently under paid trial are units for refrigerated vehicles. This will demonstrate the savings in diesel by generating power and cutting the cost of idle time.
The list goes on, and the target markets are being penetrated globally in multiple geographic locations.
We do not know how many Mw have been sold in total but expect that it will be at around 3Mw minimum since the end of June.
Verditek need 6 - 7 Mw to break even in a 12 month period. So RR has not done a bad job since taking the role of CEO in May. With a clear target of being cash flow positive by end of 2020. That is some achievement considering they had not sold anything until 22nd June.
Verditek are now being very Conservative with their news but I expect they are working very hard to secure more pipeline deals such as this latest with the Australian mining company. If their were any issues here, they would have not received any of the order especially the one from SAF which was used for a government project in Pakistan.
However small an order the latest was the significance is in the repeat orders they will receive which is mentioned here as up to 2Mw. Dont need many of those each year to make a tidy profit. And the MCap is just £24m. Probably less than the turnover will be from July 2020 to June 2021. Ridiculous!
What maybe holding up new orders, is applying for the 50% government grants in Australia, I know ---- are in a similar postion with their jv partner.
Can anyone provide a price per unit?
Their RNS are short of revenue units, just full of promises.
For eg, First commercial order in the Australian mining sector. Narrative only. SHOW ME THE MONEY
