Will you be financing the project personally, or are you expecting the funds to materialize spontaneously, Stockportedd? Keep in mind that we are deeply indebted, with no clear strategy for repayment that doesn't involve investing tens of millions in initiating mining elsewhere. It's unlikely that our creditors would appreciate us embarking on new mining ventures and jeopardizing their 'comfort'.
There's also gold in those Romanian hills, we just need AP to pull his finger out and actually mine it...
Maybe vast got a good early mover spot in Tajikistan, David Cameron just been in town. 22.04.2024

It was considered necessary to attract investments of the Kingdom to the mining, metallurgical, light, food, pharmaceutical and agricultural sectors of Tajikistan.

He’s the fund manager for Invesco Global fund, and the fund has been doing well actually. Very surprising
A difficult time for the late Andrew Hall's family, one presumes. Hopefully the coming inquest can offer some sort of closure and peace.

Lets hope for some good news in about 3 weeks time .......we could do with it for sure.
Nice little rise for the weekend
We'll be able to see if production has been ramped up in about 3 weeks or if we have had another bad quarter.
And there is copper too.
"Copper concentrate production is ramping up at Baita Plai with dry metric tonnes increasing by 24% from Q4 2022 to Q4 2023."
Firwood: indeed. Something we can agree on.
Simple.....I think you and I agree that the future of this company is with the mining not the so called hidden diamonds. My point was to clarify if anyone has actually seen these diamonds recently. I dont think a statement from AP saying he has evidence they exist is good enough. You know that AP and DC over on Vast are two peas in the same pod so to speak. Neither of them are to be trusted at the moment.
So now you admit your posts are lies OP,
Lies, FUD and just general waffle.
A sea of green on here today. Personally, I couldn't care less about the diamonds Euston but an update from the company about everything else would be useful.
Risible. No one here has “information” about the diamonds, other than, apparently, Mr. Prelea. Good luck with that.
I’d be interested to know where you get this info from as it would be against all rules for you to have this and be spreading it around anonymous BB’s
Unless it is of course, just FUD spreading to benefit your spreadbet
AP is on record stating he has credible verification of their existence,
I may draw your attention to the below

If your point is that the RBZ will be persuaded to stump up the value of the missing diamonds before Vast ceases to be, I think you’re going to be sadly disappointed. Though your confidence in the good faith of Zimbabwe Government institutions is touching.
I don’t see what difference that makes. If they’re gone, they’re gone.
So you’re opinion there suggests that the RBZ owes VAST 129k carats of gem quality stones then OP, that’s refreshing as folk on the other side were saying they are industrial grade which of course would be of no interest to a HK high end jewellery outlet
Mrs. Mugabe
Has anyone from VAST actually seen these so called diamonds in the last 5 or 6 years? Or is there just a space on the shelf in that bank vault?
Has anyone seen/ heard about these diamonds Vast are meant to have?
It's all been said.
The wait continues.
