and ...
3mins 10 seconds in Todays VoxMarket Podcast AP states: 'we've been working very closely with Mercuria ... we've got a fantastic working relationship looks like it is going to continue long term.... (Offtake Agreement for Baita Plai?)
GLA DYOR
how can you strategize over the unknown content of any RNS that may be coming, it's ridiculous to post on a BB, keep in your head as most will... GL tho
No one knows if this will go to 0.78 or 0.80 or 1p or 1.5p 2p or 3p ...
When you look at the sums and relatively speaking how little debt vast has compared to potential revenue that has to be taken into consideration ... current MCAP hovering around £50 ... with Baita Plai and Diamonds both due to go online this financial year makes Vast seem relatively undervalued ...
Saying that ... true value is what the market gives us ..
What will make this move is both the Diamond News and finer details and details of the $13.5million finance facility.
Vast in a Nutshell ... Two Jursidictions: Zimbabwe and Romania
Zimbabawe: (Zimbabawe as a country has lots of Natural Resources including, Gold, Lithium and Diamonds)
* If you don't already know - Looking to get a Right to Mine formerly known 'Marange' Diamonds (stated to be one (if not) the largest diamond deposit fields in the world
Romania: (Romania is a country relatively untouched for the past decade. Resources include Copper, Gold, Molydenum, Iron and Silver) (The country has historically kept its natural resources locked an currently is trying to restart its mining economy) (We have first mover advantages and have seen the data and so can hand pick 'best' mines) (Note AP used to work for the Romanian Government)
* Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine (Known as BP Mine to LTHs) (Right to Mine Gained Oct 2018) - Currently waiting on finance to complete the recommissioning of the mine (Estimated to come open in Dec 2019). 1.8MT Ore Body Including Copper and Gold. Anticipated big upscale potential. AP Calls this 'Alladins Cave'.
* Manaila Pollymetallic Mine (This was a producing mine earlier this year). Currently a Cash Burner so AP Decided to close this mine to save much needed capital and focus on BP and Diamonds. AP Called this 'Proof of Concept' (in gaining Mines in Romania)
* Carlibaba Extention - This is part of the extended area surround Manailla and Vast looks to open a new plant which would save 25% on transaport costs and extend the mines life to 10 years. It will make Manailla much more of a profit centre than currently a cost centre. Estimated 18 Months to get the plant operational once funding is done.
* Zagra Areas. These are huge deposits of 3000MT (That's 3,000 - Million - Tonnes aka 3Bn) of ore which included Copper and Gold. In Annual Report 2019 it states that will be looking at a joint venture to get this one up and running. This in itself would be a company changer with demand for Copper so high.
* Blueberry Projects. Sits in same areas where Rosia Montana and Eurosun mining operate ... and final drilling results Blueberry coming soon .. including a measured inferred JORC report coming soon
and More ...
As you can see ... Vast has Vast Resources and Projects at play.. But looks like APs re-strategy is about to deliver its fruits of his labour ...
Always DYOR
This Goes into a bit more detail (I recommend watch in full and some projects are no more) : https
Agree rob, my money's on an intraday RNS tomorrow
Volume's dropped back down now. Looks like everyone is holding and waiting for the next RNS to drop. Only 163m traded today.
Let's hope for the best. Still no rns but hopefully soon. I'm guessing friday morning but could well be monday 7am
The other positive if we don't got to 1p-1.5p straight away is day traders and the pump and dump crew don't arrive, if it does, I may risk selling the lot in the hope it will drop back to 0.7p levels and then re-buy but I could then get locked out but thats the risk I have to take.
Slinky, I am of the same opinion, Vast have 10 billion shares in issue, and will constantly be traded, along the way, with the 10-20%, profit traders, and it won’t be till we have actual production , and declared revenue streams, that the share price will move to where we all know and hope it should be , hope I’m proved entirely wrong
i may have misunderstood but i think people are predicting 1.5p (not me btw) on the diamonds rns which we are expecting this week. What are you xpecting to get us to 1p finance rns ? i think most expect this after diamonds rns asi said i may have misunderstood
I mean no offence and truly hope the SP does go to 1.5p straight away but honestly very much doubt it. I still stand by my prediction of maybe 1p then drop back to 0.7 to 0.8 the same or following day until diamonds rns appears. As said it's just my opinion and if anyone has facts to back up a 1.5p SP I'd happily read them. GL to all involved with VAST
"what i'm smiling about though is that mid tier status is very probable, and i dont think its that far off once the diamonds start working their magic"
Exactly same for me, this hasn't even started yet in my opinion, from AIM constant dilution to an actual company with turnover and profits from a natural precious resource is an incredible achievement, and we are at 1/2 pence.
not sure what vast will jump to on the actual diamonds rns.......what i'm smiling about though is that mid tier status is very probable, and i dont think its that far off once the diamonds start working their magic...........
i was dubious about AP's mid tier claim.......
so i'm still a buyer at these levels......and will be for a while i think
no advice intended but what keeps me holding from 0.15 level is the interview AP gave a few weeks back. I may live to regret my profits being eroded whilst I wait and waiting may prove to be wrong, but I believe.
I keep thinking of selling half my profits and ‘de-risking’ as I bought in at .13 and have sold my original stake, then I have a reality check and think how easily this could do another 100% very quickly, especially looking at the size of the buys coming in. People will sell, that’s a given but when people buy in large sums which is what’s happening at these levels then that’s to be taken notice of and gives a lot of confidence. Surely that many people can’t be wrong ...
very true smokinjoe...... :-)
Looks like .5 is going to go
they are .5p not .45 so maybe next week
We are now in the territory where the .45 warrant holders will start to convert. They expire in December.
some muppet exercised thier warrants lol
