Only the share holders can stop him from raising money for his wages in this way!
All need to vote against any allocation of shares or debt consolidation without majority shareholders approval.
And make it mandatory to have a vote on it… simples
Failing that vote him out!

Now 6p would just about see green, not a massive holding, but need at least another 2x400% for chance if any profit for over 4 years of holding it :(
Maybe Struv - but it would have "only gone one way" much faster if the resolutions hadn't been passed.
EGTP - I'm only 62 so still quite young, my wife is 47 and my daughter has just turned 8. Since the pandemic I have only been on a 4 day week and in late 2022 I reduced this to a 2 day week until finally retiring in December 2023. I have a smallholding in Pembrokeshire which we fly to at weekends and another property in the Loir Valley in France, Loir without the e which we go to during school holidays. Have every intention of enjoying my retirement and even more joy watching my daughter grow which is something many parents miss out on. The lockdowns during the pandemic gave me the opportunity to have a enforced break and it changed my whole attitude to work and life in general. I went from a workaholic to a lazy sod and didn't realise how close I was to being burned out until that enforced vacation. I'm much calmer now and more importantly healthy and relaxed. Anyway, enough about me I'm glad to hear you're enjoying your retirement too.
Absolutely bang on the money cybaajak. I’m baffled why anyone would vote yes with this clown in charge. This is going 1 way and 1 way only no one with any sense will invest in this now with AP. The state of the scruff at that meeting reallysummed up our hopes if you ask me. Couldn’t even dress himself. 🤡
It seems that the only people making money on AIM nowadays are directors on over inflated salaries and bonuses , perhaps a few traders make a few bucks if they get their timing right . World events have not helped pi's either . A few years ago it was possible to pick a winner but very difficult these days .
Only 16% voted NO WTF
the downside is coming in the form of a fund raise equity swap.
ap will have to discount from this deflated share price to raise any funds going forward. pi's interests are at the bottom of the pile of pro's and cons from here.
does ap need to pay off the whole debt and get some working capital, or just delay the debt (again) and **** pi money against bp for another year...
all of which could not have happened prior to the consolidation.
rest assured ap will continue to take his pay, and awards, the equity swap will happen and pi's will get shafted.
just how much though..
the pi's who voted yes need to look in a mirror and ask themselves some searching questions.
I guess what shareholders need to consider is if VAST can be valued like they were last January when the market cap hit £30m with the debt. At that time there were 2.8 billion shares in issue.
The current m/cap sits at £3m currently, this should an embarrassment to the BOD and surely hinders the credibility of the company to pursue it's goals. They need to raise it therefore.
Given just about every negative is thrown into the SP at this time, from current levels there surely cannot be much more downside, it would only take one corporate deal to return value from an exceptionally low base.
On AIM stock prices are driven by rumour, speculation and herd sentiment, if not news, disproportionate SP gains have happened before here, it could happen again.
Place your bets on the roulette wheel.
Tell me ASI what’s it like to retire when you’re so old ? I only wonder as looking up from my retirement at 37 years in 2006 I often wonder - yes lifestyles are wonderful I play this for fun too, other wise it’s family, classic vehicles, property flips, Olive farming and lots of 5 aside football - enjoy your retirement !
I retired from working EGTP, this is a hobby for my daughters benefit. I spend most of my time either gardening if the weather holds or messing about with my new diode, carbon and fibre lasers if its not so pleasant and do a bit of cutting/engraving on slate, stone, wood and metal. I've been put on a ban from buying land by my better other.
So in old money ( I was last in as the BP licence was about to hit) there were about 5bn shares back then….so with a 100-1 consolidation followed by 6-1 today… does that mean there would be over 600 bn shares in circ now?…😳. B
🤣 I been missing the ASI flim flam - I thought you were retiring last December due to becoming the six million dollar man 😉
You might also want to have a look at a stock with a similar name to this one - only beginning with a M - don’t say i don’t love you and no need to thank me in advance xx
EGTP - I sold most of my shares between Feb8th-14th only keeping 500,000 just in case so managed to derisk in time. You never know the impossible may happen yet in which case I have the reddies on standby although they will probably end up in QED or HE1. I'm giving VAST another quarter then if no improvement knocking it on the head.
Good to see this stock finally up 400% plus - if only 🤦♂️ I gave up on this stock at 0.016 and handsomely made up my losses elsewhere- it’s was a tough call crystallising but it worked out
Just feel sorry for all genuine holders including my pal ASI still holding and hoping, these miners all the same potential enormous but they eat cash in their sleep just like Prem Hzm ect - this could be near to the bottom of a massive value uplift and it could work out big in the long term

VAST, Vastly overates itself as a company. its mismanaged, woefully run and a dog of a share. my entire holding before this consolidation had been watered down to £2.30...... soon, i will owe money.... :-)
1 for 6 consolidation up 420%.
Another posted this comparison to another AIM I hold , last time Looked on 14th February.
I see PREM have placed yet again, they have raised £5m since December, the share count is now approaching 28 billion, they owe the Chinese circa $30m who have pre-payed that sum for Lithium deliveries that should have happened last June, PREM are in breach of that contract.
Investors continue to chase the stock despite it having a remarkable £80m m/cap, Lithium prices are on the floor.
VAST is valued at £3.75m with debt of circa $8m, a remarkable divergence in valuation between these two companies.
Just saying.
There are currently no open short positions in Vast Res it states on this site.

I can understand Houlihan post today .
"Zero value for shareholders or investors. An oap prostitute bent over continuously by corrupt market makers and bent traders".
Stockportedd, you’ve had a week to try and substantiate your “AP has institutional investors” claim
Still not seen a reply ? Is that because VASTs own website disproves your claim?
Surely an experienced investor like yourself would like to put the record straight?
sound like methers in a northern betting shop lol
Can not see that Stockportedd re Greatland Gold investors
But of course they do not have to declare under 0.5%
