A move to the low 40s is anticipated by Zac. Not much sellers here so we should start moving forwards soon.
65p after the deal is anticipated and further if it breaks that level. Seems reasonable.

I’ve seen some predictions on here of 70 to 80 p after the deal is confirmed I think the sky’s the limit here with only 65 million shares in issue when the ii’s decide to get on board they are going to have to pay a premium to get s hares that are in long term shareholders hands
Sorry if any other poster thought I was Porky. I’m not. My views remain the same. Just because I’m a new poster doesn’t mean I don’t have a clear view on the investment position. I believe I have. I remain extremely optimistic for reasons articulated.
@Multibagger
Obviously, everyone is entitled to their own investment style, and I wish you well with your portfolio.
I was going to reply with a detailed answer, but I gave up on the idea as it could be counter productive. Instead, I would suggest if you have not already done so that you register with the house broker Cenkos https://www.cenkos.com/ go to the research section and download the Valirx Report, all the facts are there.
There is absolutely no question whatsoever regarding how great SD is. I would not remain invested here without her as CEO. However, she is restricted by both the information that is passed to her and how successful the Stateside brokers are at securing capital for the start up SPV.
I still don’t know anything about how much they are trying to raise or indeed if going forwards they would be in a financial position to meet their future obligations to Valirx, but the bottom line is that we are going to know shortly what the outcome is.
One thing however is certain. There is a VERY loyal shareholder base here and that’s helping underpin the share price, so I’m confident the future is bright no matter what decisions they do or don’t have to be make this quarter.
Guy's, its not me, for what its worth
My stance is neutral until i know if the deal gets over the line or they need an alternative plan
My efforts are working elsewhere
I do read this thread through as i have an obvious vested interest

If you are Mr P could you please come clean?
I do have a spare conker, should you need one?
Cheers

A broken clock and all that lol
Personally I have nnnnever filtered anyone, I love free speech, unfortunately it’s on the decline… plus I would hate to miss anything….
See when I think of the man from the “muddy puddles” MR P I don’t think bad of him at all, very clever man IMO well researched (sometimes I disagree with some of his interpretations) and yes he likes a ramp, he is a master of the art… did he ever ramp Val past what we are actually worth?????
He made no person buy a single share, they did that all on their own, of their own greed and in some instances I would wager on absolutely no personal research whatsoever…
Anyone who purchased on the spike (I did, rhubarb did and plenty more LTH did) in my humble opinion, will be handsomely rewarded in time, so was anyone harmed really?
I cannot speak about anything he has got up to elsewhere but I will stand up and say, on balance I thought he was an asset to this board…. However as with most people here, we need to take every comment with a pinch of salt and researched the facts for ourselves…
As for your comments on Suzy I could not agree with you more, lovely lady…
30.75p is an absolute bargain, IMO dyor
Kind regards
OB
You are (of course!) right OB.
I should use any knowledge to my investing advantage and ordinarily, in any other share, I would.
However Suzy is honest, transparent and by far the best CEO on AIM. I believe she deserves better than rampers out for a quick profit with their "FOMO", "Bull run" style of posting.

Hi Badsterman
Well to be fair if you are correct it would not be a bad idea to bang a few k in here for a couple of weeks and let him push the price up 50% then sell just before he does… lmao
If you cant beat them ;)
OB
I rather suspect "southerninvestor" is the old bacon ramper himself, aka Porky.
Having bailed out at 45-50p during the last spike, he's now back for more ramping. He'll be trying to recover his losses after being utterly embarrassed by his 4d Pharma shenanigans.
Seems odd that an extremely well researched new poster appears with a thread entitled "anticipating new highs". He writes missives in exactly the same Porky style, yet claims an average of 38p - hogwash!!
I fully expect "southerninvestor" to begin the "fomo", "bull run" type posts in the very near future, although I'll be happy to stand corrected.
Filtered.

Can you please post everyday, preferably first thing in the morning (thumbs up)
Positivity, I love it…. It makes the journey far more enjoyable :)

I am extremely optimistic about this investment even though I’m currently under water with an average of 38p after initially buying in at 49p and subsequently averaging down. I believe Valirx have a major inflection point approaching. The Val 201 deal looks highly likely. That tells me Valirx have really credible science to back up the stage 2 trial. That gives me confidence Valirx will not only secure a sub licensing deal but also will in time secure the gigantic rewards of market approval. There is a market gap and Val 201 can fill this and do so with no side effects making it desirable.
My target ambition summary.
- We have a short term inflection point re the licensing deal. My expectation is a price that settles (it may spike higher) of between 65-80p. During this range I will top slice and keep the remaining for the steps below and into the long term (a free ride).
- beyond the TheoremRx led trial with success the SP would make many here very rich. It’s hard to predict at this early stage what it might reach and with other products delivering but on this alone - my target is £3 to £5 with 201 market approval. Probably more.
- other inflection points are 201 strands different to prostate cancer being taken on and developed. They benefit from TheoremRx success. Again all adding high value.
- 301 & 401. With one partnering success the numbers would be similar to 201 above.
- I also think the company will become profitable with its new pre clinical strategy - where it will identify cheap products and sell / sub licence to partners for the next stage. No more lengthy and costly trials. Cash generative and quick wins with potential long term substantial royalties and milestone payments.
It does feel like this company is about to reach new highs.
