Completely agree. I've been caught out many times with placing after placing destroying company and shareholder value.
I am still optimistic about ValiRX. They need a partner and hopefully news will follow. Continuously raising via placings is not a long term strategy!
Roses-Re Strategic Partner...Just saw your message about this.....
About two months ago I started to take a keen interest in ValiRX. I normally google search everything over a 24 hour period for several weeks. One of these searches showed ValiRX advertising for a new partner. I do not have a copy of this but banked this in my knowledge base. Now heavily invested and a tad worried about what is developing......that said, I will on this occasion wait for news rather than take the hit.
Pad004,
I know it's getting close to Xmas, but You still believe in Santa?
Good luck Mate, Santa NEVER come down to visit Valirx... lol
Obelix
It’s getting desperate now
Pad004- where were they advertising that ? Seems like an odd strategy to ‘advertise’ for a strategic partner ?
A lot of conjecture here. Valirx were advertising for a new strategic partner 6 weeks ago or so. My hunch, and it is only a hunch, is there is positive news to come in the next 2 weeks.
Whippet-again I can’t disagree with your statement but I suspect it’s more of the same old meetings along the lines of “****e we need to raise more money as our car loans and mortgages are due - let’s take the suckers for more”.
“Valirx have moved on”!! Whippet-true fact. Can’t deny it. Talk them up as much as you like, the BOD’s are incompetent at running a company and will not change.
'the new mega positive poster'
https://mega.online/en/articles
ive a feeling he/she is fully aware and hence why the new mega positive poster!
someone has to keep the hope flowing!
agm was months ago
my data feed is current
your thoughts are very similar to mine when i first bought in
give it time.... providing the money keeps flowing
one thing we sort of agree on only satu & george know what is really going on
and they havent updated us since agm, except of course the premium **** up & cash raise ?
just saying
Fully agree with regards to the convertible bond....I've never had a satisfactory explanation. At the meeting with the BOD I expected GM to offer up their Legal guy as the sacrificial lamb....but go voted down. As I said I believe vtgat GM's view may have been that if anyone was to be made to take the blame it would be him.....I still wonder and still fume....what a bloody disaster....and we're paying for it.
Fair enough, I see your point, however I haven’t seen any change in the BOD’s behaviour over the last 5 years, if anything I think it’s probably a lot worse now than it was back then, but that’s just my opinion.
Don’t forget the absolute major mess that the last convertible bond disaster caused, and that only was resolved a couple of months ago, and Satu had the gall to announce that it was done at a premium when it was plain to see for all that it was the worst finance package I have ever seen.
I know you are new to the wonderful world of val, but you need to be aware of how they have operated over their tenure in charge .
Freddy, no worries, I’m sure we can sort something out sometime over the few weeks either way.
Whippet, yet again we find ourselves in agreement, strange times indeed.
So why do you continually preach to us all that every single investor since val listed 13 odd years ago have always got it wrong, and now you seem to miraculously have the ability to call it right, right from your very first post on this site a few weeks ago ? I don’t seem to recall any game changing news released in the last few weeks, so maybe you could enlighten us as to why you think everything is about to change for what seems (to me at least) some inexplicable reason ?
'nobody knows any more than anyone else'
Albert Einstein would not have agreed; I doubt Stephen Wolfram would agree either.
Are you postulating we are all equal despite having unique DNA?
Your probably right whippet...but I did enjoy meeting Valju, scooby and one or two others at a meeting with some of the BOD....like minded and all characters... likeable characters....
