Yup, it's dead Jim..
Iceman. I respect your positivity, something this board has been missing for good reason, but it seems we are forgetting just how accurately Porks called this one.
This remains uninvestable for me. When you take into acount the consistent lack of any income generation, sentiment, finite cash runway and lack of comms from the board its highly likely one could lose 50% of their investment from this very spot before any sign of recovery. Lets be realistic.
Lol porky, better to bet on man city games than this, far more profitable :)
How come you didn't adopt that strategy over at 4D?
@Iceman888
Only problem with your £15k gamble buying in at 3.5p is you need mugs to come in now at 3.7 and above for you to sell into to have any chance of a return due to the 5.7% spread.
Closer you leave it open through to the placing and you can guarantee stock will be sold into again to support more cash hence you are more likely to lose your bet imo.
Appreciate you like a bet but seriously, if Adrian can clear out the dead wood, get cash burn under control you could support the placing and if the SP starts to recover buy in then. Better to buy stocks going up than try and catch a falling knife.
Hi Porky,
For few seconds I thought you might be on Easter holiday. lol!!
We have our own lab. Im sure they will be pushing to produce some meaningful results. Val 301/Kings?
It will not take much for this to move above 10p. As far as placing goes we have decent time. Im not worried about placing yet.
We have Adrian on the board. I exchanged several messages with Adrian few months back. He will do good if he stays focused. This guy is very persistent.
Im a buyer here. I will keep buying under 6p. Then I will think about adding on the news above 6p.
ISA top up's anyone?
Target 15p!
DYOR/GL
I agree with you Porky that the company has made a right pigs ear of it all. I invested because of CLX and I’m still confident that will be the company maker even with all the crap going on.
In the interim share price may fall but 1p really? Surely even you don’t believe this Porky.
Kudos for calling it right so far but I find it hard to believe that someone spends years on a chat forum but is not invested and thinks the company is now a broken record 😂
LMOL @Iceman888
So you chuck £15k in to try another pump attempt with "why wait to buy" messages, and oh gawd no doubt more "i'm buying more messages" - even some of my ramps were not that bloody obvious.
God loves a trier that's for sure...
Still best to have a go now if you can sucker a few in before the penny placing. Good luck to you
When will you have to send in a TR1? Or does dilution keep reducing your percentage holding?
PS - when do you expect the next placing. It seems odds on for this year; October seems about right if there is no cash injection from elsewhere.
Check out level 2!
Its ticking up without major buys.
Why wait to chase something when you can buy NOW cheaper!
I will add more as we move up.
Could we see 4p today?
Least we're blue
"What do you all think?"
There's nowt so queer as folk
Im hoping for a very positive week here!
Been quietly adding few. Got to be crazy to not buy at these levels. What do you all think?
We deserve some good news.
Good luck LTH!
15p will be lovely, Dr Suzy!
Borgie,
Looks like you got smashed on BRH and all the other stocks so trying to crossramp here does not work given your track record.
Pure desperation to ask an elderly person to invest in your junk. What a joke.
Hi Fred
Look in from time to time here after losing a lot.
Surprised you are still thrashing this dog.
You are an engineer so go look at DGI and cut your losses here.

Cobaltblue - 'adam' (or whoever he is) is still registered on LSE as rhubarbmk2 but has only posted twice since last summer on a different share. His last VAL post was going on about lack of institutional investors, but that's not new to VAL....
Lets hope her leave becomes permanent
This header "" Our founder Phil Thomas is running the London Landmarks Half Marathon this Sunday for a Prostate Cancer charity. "" says it all. Val201, doing what? jack 💩. Still sitting on 💩 after all them years.
And, of course, many of you were taken in by her warm and friendly personal email responses!
Her stressed red face and body language always concerned me.
I wonder what Adam thinks of all this? He was once a very prolific poster under Rhubarb2 or something like that.
She's on annual leave. I emailed asking if we were due the quarterly update. She responded to say she's off for the Easter holidays and totally ignored the question. She doesn't care now she's got the boot, that's for sure.
If only there was a novel drug out there, which could make a difference to a fraction of these people!
https://www.theguardian.com/society/2024/apr/04/prostate-cancer-cases-worldwide-diagnoses-deaths-2040-study
'Diagnoses are projected to increase from 1.4m a year in 2020 to 2.9m by 2040, which will mean about 330 men being told they have the disease every hour'
201 on the shelf for over three years because of money. Well done guys.
..Suzy....interesting that you have morphed from RNS flooding us all with RNS diarrhoea to RNS constipation....would you please consider taking a laxative, just this once, as you promised a result by today, and that was a long stop!
A pleasing RBS would be appreciated, especially by exasperated LTH's
I saw that sec filing earlier .
The settlement agreement into shares is to 4 people as stated .
Interesting part is the conversion of convertible loan agreement to Gilandi from $500,000 to 500,000 shares.. here's hoping

Nice one Badsterman. Clearly EUDA is out of cash. Why are the executives converting their debt claims in the company into shares which rank behind debts in priority on a winding up? Surely this has to mean that they think there’s upside likely to be realised in future?
Whilst I have proven time and time and time again to be excessively optimistic, maybe this heralds the good news we have been waiting for. Executives now incentivised with shares. Deal around the corner. Lots of joyous Valirx millionaires in time for Spring.
I'm disappointed withTheoremRx....as they appear to have misled Suzy and taken us for mugs. At the very start Suzy let them off paying the pragreed £10k /month... Why?
That sum compounded would probably negated much of the need for one of our historical placings....that said, if they deliver tomorrow... I'll let them off the hook. If they don't deliver and if Suzy does not explain what has gone wrong....My view is Suzy and her BOD have knowingly misled us. God forbid, we don't get acceptable news tomorrow....surely, we have grounds for damages and the BOD members ust be liable via the FSA. If however the Laborarory has made enough profit to cover the shortfall.....then that's a different matter.....Eithway, we are surely due a explanation......tomorrow
