Absolutely. This was set up with shareholder value in mind. Let's hope the warrants are exercised regardless of the number. Its still more cash in the bank at a higher SP.
Still very positive either way... really feels like the BOD have finally turned things around to the benefit of all and we are just waiting for the big rewards after so much previous negativity here.....not surprised at the director buy on Friday, this just adds further positive weight to the way things are progressing now with Val
actually, I got this wrong. Looks like the warrants are 1 additional warrant share for 2 fundraise shares. So, only approximately 9m additional shares and potential £1.2m raised once SP is above 15p for 5 consecutive days.
Attached to every share issued pursuant to the Fundraise ("Fundraise Share") is a warrant ("Fundraise Warrant") allowing the holder of a Fundraise Share to conditionally subscribe for an additional ordinary share in the Company for every two Fundraise Shares held at an exercise price of 13 pence per share (the "Fundraise Warrants" or "Warrant Exercise Price").
Almost got it right...lol...will be very happy for the sp to reach 15p and warrants exercised before the real big move comes
That's circa 18m shares at 13p. Totalling approximately £2.3m and leaving VAL with around £4m cash an MCap of approximately £11m once the 18m shares are admitted.
'The Fundraise Warrants will vest if the closing mid-market share price of the Company exceeds 15p over a 5-consecutive day period within 12 months of the date of the Fundraise Shares are admitted to trading on AIM.'
I can live with that. Well funded, small MCap and low share capital. Has the marking of something that could move very quickly on the right news. Take your pick on what that may be.
Its 5 consecutive days at 15p to be able to exercise the warrants
The warrants are exercisable at 13p and the sp has to stay above 13p for 5 consecutive days before they can be exercised from memory. I would be happy for the sp to get to be around this level before the real fireworks begin. It just means the sp will have a higher starting point for muti bagging and Val would have more funds in the bank for more projects....not much longer to wait imo
Looking like the herd will come then starting Monday.
I predict the warrants will get placed before any news be it 401 funding 201 results or a Japanese deal.
It will give them more of a say as Suzy said against whoever wants what out of Val.
Roll on next week.
Val is definitely under the radar. Which was was great for many here to quietly add before news and the various folk descend here. £4m mkt cap with plenty of cash in the bank for a long while, and with the potential to be 5/10 bagger in the not too distant future (obviously if we get decent results), then you’d be a fool not to have dab in this company. I think I’ve overdone it here and bought far too many, but let’s hope it pays off
I really think Val is under the radar at the moment and this is part of the reason the sp is still at such a low level. A bit more attention from the market on Val will surely be a big positive for the sp. A bit of PR would do wonders for Val and i'm sure the new BOD will be going full steam ahead now, and the director buy on Friday is just the start imo...looks like i may also be topping up a few more Val come Monday, the oppotunity to buy at these levels won't last much longer imo.
And the fact that the current MCap is supported by cash in the bank to approximately 50%.
Cash that will be used to seek and fund future projects. Current portfolio is already in progress and costs will be minimal for these.
Would love to see how quickly the SP can move should this re rate. Not sure if many have caught on yet.
agreed bananaman. its the current M/c which is key to the prospects here imo.
Be sure to let people know. But give us a chance to load up a few more on Monday.
My research this weekend has resulted in me feeling very similar. With only 52m shares in issue possibly 70m after warrants exercised at 13p, a successful trial in any of the 4 drugs could propel this.
£4m MCap will look ridiculous. Even £40m may be too low.
This is starting to look an even better investment as each day passes in the run up to results.
Now we have a Director adding more shares above the price he paid last month in the placing.
He clearly isnt selling on for a quick 10-20% and wants a bigger slice of the impending action.
Val still under the radar at present but that is definately going to change over the next week or two
I'm definitely adding a few more tranches this week as I view this as one of the biggest multi-bagger opportunities on AIM right now!
DILLYgence = TRUST
If 401 becomes successful in just short medium & long term palliative care, never mind as main cause to prevent Cancer? With 9 patents across the globe, I would expect to see 7.5-15 mil per patent? To start with, meaning on 401 alone, it would be around 65 to 135 mil mcap!
Then add in 201 good update? Plus Japanese decide 301 is helping their cause and before you know it....
Val has a price of 1-2 pounds a share ... and so imo a great deal to look forward to!
And thats not counting looking for new opportunities!
Valirx is now Great Value.... especially now it has done its due DILLYgence :)
Agree Bananaman2, a possible overhang may well be surpressing the sp and if so this will clear very soon. Still surprised people would be selling at this level bearing in mind how much Val has changed for the better and with so much big news due....each to their own i guess....either way the momentum to the upside is starting to pick up and will just get bigger and bigger
I think there is an overhang from the placing on the 23rd.
I agree, SP will rise on anticipation once overhang clears. Cant be many left to clear.
It really does seem Val now has everything going in its favour yet the sp is still at such a low level. I am really bemused why the sp has not moved much higher already. The only reason for the very low sp i guess must be the previous mistrust relating to the previous BOD and maybe Val is still an unknown to many. The director buy shows great confidence in the company and i reckon there will be more director buys very soon. I would expect the sp to start moving up in anticipation of product news. Big news is getting so close now and such news will surely multibag the present sp several fold imo. Really can't see any reason to not invest in Val now. Would be buying more Val if i had the spare funds.....
scousegerry. I also felt the same. Kevin Cox also bought shares in the recent fundraise. This was very good but to buy in the open market at a higher price shows confidence in the business. This purchase has not assisted the business in any way as the shares will have been bought from a seller and not the company placing shares. This purchase tells a storey in itself.
The MCap is now looking silly but it will or has taken some time for the business to regain investor confidence. Something that seems to be high on the list of priorities.
I am not sure what success looks like in terms of licencing or sales of just one of their products but considering the area they work in i would imagine a whiff of success or improvement in patient conditions would be worth a substantial amount to an interested party.
I believe someone discussed this on here recently.
Considering adding more here on Monday. I have been tentative up until now but researching this weekend may convince me to add more whilst we are still in this trading range.
With only 52m shares in issue the SP could move very quickly where shares could be in short supply.
Hi all. How things have changed with this company, and the changes started when the shareholders action group took some action lol. Yes I have been following events for a while now, the last fundraiser where directors of the company invested themselves I thought was great but after yesterday’s rns , to inform us of even more director buying confirms to me that this investment is getting sounder by the day. As people always say on here do your own research, well I have done mine and that’s why after the confirmation of director buying I bought another 24,000 shares. For me is quite simple the director concerned did not have to buy these shares yesterday, he no doubt has share options, and he got some shares in the recent placement. We did not see such investing when others were running the company, it seems a remarkable transformation is now taking place. Shareholders participation in fund raisers, the QA for shareholders and the speedy dealing of answers back to the people asking the question s. The constant flow of information coming out of this company is very refreshing, but the bottom line for me here is when someone puts their hand in their pocket. There were a lot of buys yesterday afternoon after the news came out, I now feel investor confidence is returning and news like what we recieved yesterday will only enhance this. I thought to myself yesterday if this company was going nowhere, if their products were rubbish would one of the directors be buying more shares..... I don’t think so. So there are my reasons for my share purchase yesterday. Let’s hope the news we are all anticipating comes out soon and justified all the feel great I’d factor which is currently building around this company. Good luck all.
