Stumbler,
We stayed at the Polurrian. It's a shame I can't post pictures here -
I got some fabulous shots of the sun setting over Mounts Bay.
Ok, so as we are thinking of escaping Wales before this lockdown, would people recommend the lizard peninsular? Will be heading in that direction and possibly stopping along the way and also around there. Not had an awful lot of experience of the area...
Yes Jenny, but what happened at Mullion? The Houzel Bay Hotel was closed on Saturdy, due to covid. As I was not at home, they had been unable to warn me. Sh.. happens but lovely weather Mathproof, and Cadgwith, once my local fishing village, looking lovely as ever.
Will admit don't really understand technical charts so appreciate info provided by those that do. Found this technical chart .
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/VAL.LN/cheat-sheet
Tend to use old fashion method of company fundamentals and belief in management .
Find VAL difficult company to predict what might happen . New new team in place so worth giving them a chance as drugs seem to work . Anyway business model relies on new partners commiting to take the drugs forward to next clinical stage in some shape of form . Hopefully RNS news before end of the year + monthly Q & A . .
Good luck everyone
Well topup time 15,849 showing on the sales column, either the software has animoly or mm are drunk :-)
Looks like reasonable targets iceman888 with what Val have. Could obviously be much higher with the right RNS about further progress with Val201 or Val301 or other product news. Expect things are happening in the background so positive product news could come anytime imo
Looking at the chart I see potential consolidation zones at these levels.
32p-36p (next level up)
45p-50p ( Zone 2)
63p-68p (Zone 3)
The stock price will gravitate towards a fair value. But once we take out the recent high, the level i will be watching is £1.03 -£1.15.
Oh the joys and memories of the Lizard, Cadgwith in particular.
Best wishes to the family, Jenny!
Enjoy the little one Jenny as you’ll know time flys x
Morning all
On holiday so only peeping in.
Looking better tho L2’s the lucky numbers 2 v 1 and 10k each side.
Enjoy while I stroll along the beach .
Can i ask Iceman888 what your target price is? many thanks.
sea (slaps head).
Morning all - and thank you for the congratulatory words. It's a pity I can't post a few pictures of Millie with her thick wedge of black hair.
To matters more mundane, great to see the SP heading in the right direction this morning, with more volume than yesterday - all tying-in with what Iceman has been forecasting with his detailed TA. We're in a hotel on the Lizard Peninsular, with the see 100 yards from the window. Weather forecast is for sunshine and 16 degrees (hope the Met Office forecast is a accurate as Iceman's, and that after a day in the sunshine, we get back later this afternoon with a '25' in the SP.
Iceman spot on, excellent post, very much recommend.
Icemam thank u , respect ! I agree with u...potential here is enormous :-)
Look at the chart and you will see that BUYERS have defended 22.50p several times. This is how the game is played.
When we come to a key level in the charts i.e. 22.50p (FIB level + 50 DMA + trend line support), I defend this level. I buy at this level. I don’t listen to the noise or the voices in my head or BB's. The market is all about buyers and sellers…supply and demand!
If you believe in the new management, believe in the VAL 201 results and other drugs potential (fundamental analysis), believe in the power of 50 DMA and Fib level, etc (Technical analysis), believe that VAL is oversold then defend this level! I bought on Monday and Tuesday. I will buy today if I get the chance. I believe in my analysis so I defend this key level.
Yesterday around 4pm we had 2 MM at 22p and 3 MM at 23p. It looked like as if we were going to break this level (22.50p). Then the buyers came and we finished with 3 MM at 22p and 1 MM at 23.50p. We successfully defended this key support level again. ( MM = Market Marker)
If we get some decent buying today I think we move higher. We have tested the support several times ( including the 50 DMA) and it has held. Also the 50 DMA is starting to move up. If we were to break the key support level i feel it will be a quick flash down to hit stop losses and we move higher. Yesterday it's was at 22.75p and today it's at 23p.
If you don’t believe in this company or you have had bad experience with the old company/management and find it difficult to move on, then you shouldn’t be investing here. As always you do your own homework and make sure that you believe in the future potential of any company before you buy it. Otherwise, you will end up selling out at the bottom and losing your money. You should never invest money that you don't have! The more you study your investment the more confident you will become. When you get the opportunity to buy you will not listen to the BB's posters but listen to your inner self. Now let the show begin!
Good Luck!
