Gilders, a company wouldn't just pop up on the companies house website unless it has just been incorporated. Best guess is it was the way you used the search function, or perhaps more likely you just didn't pay it much hed before and its only stood out this time in light of all the recent events.
I have been on Company House before but do not remember this sub company. I must be mistaken? Can it appear suddenly?
Interestingly enough....as Valirx bioinnovation hold most, if not all the IP's and if Valirx went tits up then as 100% sole owners of Valirx bioinnovation....who would be able to acquire these IP's and at what cost?
I thought IP's would rise in value as the technology gets proven out .. but, if my memory serves me correctly, the original book value of over £5m is now discounted to around £1m.....or below.
So in the unlikely event of Valirx going bust who will ensure the real value of the IP's is realised..the four directors of Valirx Bioinnovation are Val BOD directors of which two are George and Satu.
I'm sure there's nothing to worry about and everything is above Board....but guess it remains "trust but verify"
Who cares BLUE. The BOD are Always Threatening. Threatening the Very people that have Carried the Co up to the Present. I'm Not Bothered but I Want to Know WHAT IS going On In this CO. You seem new to the Party. Have you looked up the Co's Placings/Consolidations History?. Presently Your Going to Lose your Investment as things Stand. Looks like you Invested In Valirx Very lately. What are you worried about compared to LTSHs. You'll have a Low Average and the Benefit of Hindsight before you Invested compared to LTSHs. So you Knew the Very Very high Risk In Investing In this Co. Feel Free To Correct me. IMO.
Not sure they need 200k. That seems like a very small amount. In fact if the BOD were really serious about work and the results 200k is so small it would be worth while them putting their own money in! I suspect even if 200k is enough to finish a trial there are other costs salaries, bills etc that would push the cost way over 200k.
and is that deal still on the table as the share price is now lower than 0.1p!!!!
London, UK, 6 January 2020: ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a clinical stage biotechnology company, announces that it has raised £200,000 of gross proceeds through the issue of 200,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.10 pence ("Issue price") per share ("Placing") with new and existing investors and the appointment of ETX Capital Limited ("ETX Capital") as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect.
ok they needed 200k to finish the drug testing the companies only worth 1million (at present) so for someone to buy into that you will have to dilute the shares they where selling at
it was going to be 0.1 p per share we are at 0.065p now this is crazy
do you actually have a plan?
The accounts for the group companies are interesting. Sorry I am not looking at valirx biotechnology or any other accounts as I type this, but I do remember that there was at least one company in the corporate group that doesn't look like its trading. The question that follows is if that company does not have costs, not engaged in trade and has retained profits or other capital, could those funds not be loaned to valirx plc? There is no requirement for any loan to be made with an interest charge. I might look myself later, but just throwing it out there for people to have a look and do some research. If there are available funds, how would you feel about the BOD holding out on you when they might have the funds to fund valirx plc without having to risk their own money or do a share consolidation?
Gilders, the corporate group of ValiRx isn't that unusual. It's a good way to manage risk (i.e. Set up a specific business for a specific project. If the project fails it won't pull the whole group with it) or a corporate group might arise out of acquisitions or geographical distribution of offices. It would not be unusual for group companies to have the same registered address as the trading premises need not be the same as the registered office. There wouldn't even be anything suspicious in group companies having the same trading adress if the same people work for both companies. There is risk here and we can't afford to be complacent, but in and of itself the details on companies House are not an issue in and of it self.
No....not paranoid....more like trust but verify....
From a personal perspective I don't trust anyone from Valirx an inch until I find out who was actually responsible for the 'SPIRAL OF DEATH DEAL.'
Then they can explain why they ignored the advice from the Market gurus who clearly advised the risk, track record and likely consequences of dealing with this lender.
Freddie,
You are getting paranoid about everything.
SMOKE AND MIRRORS
Gilders,
If you go to the Company house web site and look under filing for this company you will see that it as been in existence for some time but no activity in 2019 ( at least not yet anyway!)
Oldblue, good post!
It's all to do with Trust.... Valirx are aware of shareholder concerns, rumours and recommendations...............
The ball is fairly and squarely in their court....no more smoke and mirrors but a clear response...and if no nasty skeletons in the cupboard and their act cleaned up....I'm guessing, shareholder trust may be renewed and the gate unlocked.
No more gravy train until then...but a much diluted gravy train is essential.
Not asking much ....
I won't reply as do not wish to get into prolonged dialogue....

can anyone exactly tell me what val's rebel share holder plan is for the company apart from choking off the funds for the company just when we are on the brink off getting a drug thro? im beginning to wonder I mean did you even hire a lawyer?
I mean they got you with second hand shares.....Christ...
now the whole point was that the company was lowering diluting shares well vals attempt at whatever has pretty much done that and there is no cash for the company to finalise the drug...….no im worried from that post with valirx bio whatever that there going to move the assets over and leave us with a shell not like that been done before....(flybe)
We Have Valirx PLC, and Valirx Bioinnovation Ltd. operating from the same address? what is that all about?
