yes st tropez. that is my reading of it as well.
https://www.physiomics.co.uk/agreement-announced-between-valirx-plc-and-physiomics-plc/ evening st tropez.just seen your post. no itwasnt me who posted a link (at least i cannot recall doing so and i cannot see it in my history) although i did pass a comment about the situation.nothing particularly insightful I'm afraid. however i have found this link. looks like there was a new agreement in feb 2020 and as you will see it states that cronos will be the first val subsidiary to use physiomics's tech.i assume therefore that nothing happened under the original 2011 agreement and that it has been supplanted by the new one.not totally certain of course but looks like it.hope this isn't already well know as i don't remember seeing this before.
So if we get one after 201 and the other ie Japanese Co after 301 = bidding war could happen.
I don't think a big pharma would bother partnering up with VAL, they would just take it over, it would be loose change for them. Other's here could come up with a better valuation on what VAL is worth then I could.
Sambar, me too and thats the +£2 per share time IMHO.
Thank you, still a little green!!
Does not seem 2020 ?

Agreement announced between ValiRx plc and Physiomics plc
ValiRx (AIM: VAL), the cancer therapeutics company, today announces that it has signed a new agreement with Physiomics plc (‘Physiomics’) (AIM: PYC), the European systems biology simulation company, to use Physiomics’ In Silico simulations of cellular processes to reduce the development time and costs associated in identifying new therapeutic compounds for the treatment of cancers.

13th September 2011
ValiRx (LON:VAL) revealed this morning that it has signed a collaboration deal with Physiomics (LON:pYC) aimed at developing and accelerating the progress of the former VAL201 anti-cancer compound.
The pair will use Physiomics’ systems biology expertise and Virtual Tumour to speed VAL201’s progress through the next phase of its pre-clinical programme.

I believe this agreement was set up this year.

Agreement announced between ValiRx plc and Physiomics plc
Investor News / RNS
ValiRx (AIM: VAL), the cancer therapeutics company, today announces that it has signed a new agreement with Physiomics plc (‘Physiomics’) (AIM: PYC), the European systems biology simulation company, to use Physiomics’ In Silico simulations of cellular processes to reduce the development time and costs associated in identifying new therapeutic compounds for the treatment of cancers.
ValiRx’s subsidiary, Cronos Therapeutics Limited – developers of GeneICE – will be the first ValiRx entity to use Physiomics’ technology.
It is anticipated that by coupling GeneICE’s ability to act on genes directly with the predictive capacity of Physiomics’ modeling expertise in biological
systems, it will be possible to optimise the development of possible therapies in terms of time and cost.
Dr Paul Harper, a Director of Physiomics, said:
‘We look forward to deploying our simulation models to help predict and select the optimal targets for ValiRx’s break-through GeneICE technology.’
Dr Satu Vainikka, CEO of ValiRx, added:
‘Correct target selection at the outset is critical to reducing the time spent – and often lost – in the clinical trial process. We view our relationship with
Physiomics as important.’
The primary concentration of the initial programme will be to investigate the process of Apoptosis (the natural process of programmed cell death and
turnover) – a process that is frequently disrupted in Cancers.

rebel100,
The recent update stated:
'Perhaps you can clear up the arguments on AVDFN regarding the agreement between Valirx and
Physiomics of 2011. Do they have a claim on Valirx?
The terms of the Physiomics agreement regarding VAL201 were notified on 13 September 2011, there have been no additional announcements relating to this, and we currently have no update to provide.'
The link to the RNS what I originally posted; the link to the recent shareholder update is below:

When we achieve the 1000% , I would have to remove the Y22 :-)
That's dated 13th September 2011.
A recent update said it was still in effect:

+30p if no news
+£1 if 201 is as per article “ValiRx ready to step into a new era of development”
Nice close on 28.5p.
WHAT WILL IT BE TOMORROW - 08:05 AM !
Stevebru, I have been here 5 years. The PYC link was real, rumoured terms were 1% licensing revenue, but I've never seen this in an RNS.
That said, PYC directors apparently fell out with Satu over something commercial, presumably the dire financial condition of VAL several years back.
I topped up this morning. Glad I did.Is there anyone out there who is aware of a connection between VAL & Physiomics -PYC? Some on the PYC board reckon there is but its looking dead to me tbh. Thanks in advance
