Currently I can get a quote on 75000!
Agree Kheldar. LSE just offered me 3.566p to sell 50,000 shares. It's been hovering round this price for a good while now, so it looks like this is the bottom. You need to start buying, Porky! Cue lots of abuse, I expect.

Keep your 8u115hit to VAL and dont be commenting on SAR...
Poor effort at deflection from your fantasy posts on here
Has it though? I’ve only got 120k shares and yet I’m offered 3.56p to sell. Start of last week I wasn’t even getting a price on HL. There have been quite a few sells last week but someone is mopping them up otherwise we should have seen the price drop to 3p.
By the looks of it
Luckybob,
How many of your 50 Aim Shares were allowed consolidate their LTSHs holdings by 125/1 Twice?.
How and In what way exactly would you rooting for LTSHs here ever since you Sold help In anyway?. IMO.
@Kheldar
No, unfortunately it remains totally uninvestable until the BOD clear out happens. Until the cash draining dead wood is removed you are kind of stuck with this nonsense.
I still have hope Adrian can make it happen although really disappointed that the requisition was removed as we could be rid of both Kevin and Martin end of this month as a start, now we are stuck with them both, but i live in hope.
Total madness to do the same things and expect a different outcome. Changes need to happen.
Cobalt blue: “ Nobody in their right mind is buying shares in this dog. ”
I agree until we get some steer from our illustrious leaders the prudent approach would be to wait and see. However, there must be a background buyer. Even with all the sells the bid is slowly creeping up. Maybe Porky is buying on the sly 😂
One day rodders CLX will not only save lives but we’ll make us all rich.

I did follow it with a question mark!
come on suzy you have had enough time , it’s time to update your shareholders on the current situation with 201 and theoremrx no more bull**** just an honest appraisal of where we stand i believe that’s the least we deserve .
Nobody in their right mind is buying shares in this dog.
I have no intention of putting any money in Val at any price.
Cheap shot at Sareum by the way.
Obviously based on bitterness and anger!
Dracula, if you reply was to me..
Then, no I'm not invested anymore, I was a few years back when I bought in after it rose from 1.5p to 3p and caught my attention, I bought up to 7p and missed the 66p high, convinced it was a tree shake, started selling around 56p all the way down .
Did very well out of it. Kept some for another year and sold the majority of my portfolio to fund buying a house.
I'm not going to argue with you.
I'm simply saying the FCA have no power here and most shares.
You can go on their website if you like , it's very easy to contact them, as I've done it. That's how I know the FCA have no power .
It's AIM though, the purpose is to fund companies by listing and dilution is inevitable.
Not justifying it, but anyone can pick 50 aim shares and find none in overall profit 5 years later.
I've rooted for long term holder here ever since I sold.
Hope they do something to return some value, but after all this time I struggle to see how their ever going to do anything with 201
This has been a disaster thus far and I have sent several emails to suzy ,she replied to some around Christmas but none in the last 4mths (understandable given the abuse/complaints she and Kevin (rightly !!) Got
However the companies that have de listed thus far are cash guzzling bio techs (burning £10mln+ per year ) and have achieved nothing...AND have unscrupulous II and BOD who pull the rug as they own often 40%+
In VALs case it is the shareholders who own more than the mgmt hence the successful EGM
For all VALs faults too start a discussion with de listing is poor form
'Release' ..
No delisting, she's on holiday and doesn't give a hoot now she's been shown the door. They have had a board meeting by now with the newbies I would guess. No doubt we will have an RNS early next week. They need to realise the quarterly update.
The broker has fairly large clients at 6p they will not let them lose money imo and will push as much as possible as they need business from them.
No reason to do so plus would have to be approved by shareholders and we don't have any II. Enough cash until next year.
The desperation to buy in cheaper whilst trying to force people to sell is a bit sad.
I always assume that the brokers will know what's happening before any of us do
Surely if a delisting was imminent, nobody would be able to sell any of their shares. I've just tried a dummy sell on Int Inv for 5000 shares and I was offered 3.56p which is a slight improvement on what I was offered at 8am
I would think SAR is almost certain to be delisted given how low the market cap vs actual spend and requirements for cash.
Valirx has potential with a very modest cash burn. It takes time to find top quality compounds which they have done and now just a bit of work before it is ready for a deal at the preclinical stage. We just need one. CLX is our best hope with the Imperial compound.
The fact the merger work is still ongoing since October then that means it is highly likely to be successful as you don't fail after 6 months of work. If that completes it likely means a much higher market cap and more cash and any rise will be very significant in the medium term.
Although I have no real reference other than similar situations like this, its a delisting im most concerned about. Considering selling up at 75% loss to be fair and at least recovering something.
The silence is concerning.
This company seems to have gone dormant whilst a replacement (good luck with that!) is found for the current incumbent. I do wonder whether there are other plans being drawn up as the major shareholders can't be happy with the status quo.
Looks like the Thx deal was a bad idea and seems to have come to nothing. That needs clarification without further delay.
I did also mention a Government Financial Authority. Do you mean that there Isn't any?. Are you Invested In Valirx?. If so Do you not care that Valirx Is financed by diluting It's SHs?. Please show where their not? Please show me where Valirx succeeded In attracting Finance except In one case earlier years where they received a grant?. Feel free to correct me . AIMO
Are ValiRx authorised by the FCA?
Because if not there's not a thing they can do about it.
Hello Grainger14. No wonder New and established Companies are leaving the LSE. If the UK Government want to retain a Stock Market of any calibre they need to start taking things more seriously. Valirx has been from the start financed by the dilution of It's SHs year after year. What type of concerned Government Financial Authority would entertain such carry on IF they wanted to maintain proper controls. When Valirx diluted It's SHs for the Second time,
Which I and many more were In the last 125 for1 Share consolidation. The First was for 125/1 also. The FCA should have made the BOD responsible and organized a wind up of the Co and compensated all LTSHS that didn't trade the Co. Any UK Government can expect nothing else only keep loosing good companies until they take control and ACT. AIMO.
