Mannnnnan,
Will the few pennies in the £ they have left make much difference to 88e? Or are you hoping to make some profit there to cover the losses inflicted on you here for not having sufficient faith in The Dear Leader (praise be his name)?
Who wants to visit Sanderson and Co in person??? I'm being serious, let's get a group to go and see them, can get addresses etc...... easily. Who is with me??
Well - someone saw a big spotted cat
I doubt it and I certainly won't - its another UKOG in the making.
Any news from the eyes on the ground? Anymore tankers spotted?
The assets are worth next to nothing now
Well I can see people are. Moving from here to 88 e. Now
IF there ever was any other company interested in partnering UKOG i a Loxley drill (costs £7m) they would now be looking to likely wait and pick up the asset rights from administrators for next to nothing.
I've just sold my last tranche (1M) for £76 - £12 (dealing charge) = £64. (originally £376)
I've traded this share for years but I wanted something from my holding before it goes bust, which I think will happen.
Best of luck, if you're holding !?
How does he get away with robbing us its no wonder uk is in the sh t with ceo taking the pi ss i hope he gets caught out
It looks like the share price is priced in old money. Yet the number of shares has changed. The company should have announced on the day the results. It does look like the resolution vote for the consolidation has failed. So what are their plans now? They are not allowed to issues shares. If they cannot issues shares they have to issue an announcement of how long the cash they hold will last. No fundraise and the company has to suspend the shares. Delisting comes a few months later. RIP
Based on £300,000, not including his bonus.
£116,174.40
Surely, "The Sander Con", or "The Sander Scam"?!?
"Where are the results of the GM and the resolutions?"
Meeting was adjourned!. Funny that. Having had sight of all the votes cast one suspects the adjournment was contrived because they knew they would lose. Not acceptable practice.
Cannot see anyone wanting to fund this outfit now. If they do get a funding away it will not be the last. Of course there will be a discount for the funder. 1 year down the line another funding round and dilution with more shares coming. My God why would anyone vote for them to consolidate the shares? It is rinse and repeat. This is a lifestyle business run for the management and their high wages. AVOID THIS THING. I cannot be sure consolidation has gone through. Where are the results of the GM and the resolutions?
88E money will be flowing here soon...
88e is going mad at the moment, do the full research, might be able to re- coupe some losses, well flow test due soon!
I am looking forward to the Netflix documentary they make about this big UKOG scam. I think ‘The Sando Swindler’ would be a very good name.
Don't hold your breath. Still waiting for a reply.
Annum
The tax on wage must be a £125.000 per annumm
If any one has shares in their own name, rather than in a nominee a/c, they can request a copy of the minutes of the meeting.
I'm going with Resolution 4 didn't cut the mustard. Should become apparent with the next GM RNS.
Fair point - difficult to keep up with figures that small
