Well, he's either been banned by LSE for posting nonsense and opinions that change faster than a traffic light, depending on whether he's looking for a quick buy or a quick sell... or he's deleted his account because he's become aware that the directors haven't bought in again and doesn't want to look even more foolish than usual.
That’s fool on the hill banned again by the looks of it, he only has himself to blame, just fills the board with complete and utter rubbish, whether he is ramping or deramping...
More like - Directors, where are Rajah’s posts?
PMSL
Rajah
Where is the director buy ?
That phrase is indeed in the May 28th RNS, Raj...
....though I personally chose not to pay it any attention since Sando and the other members of the gang of four have already reneged on their RNSed commitment to buy a pathetically small number of shares at the beginning of July.
Just read this thread.
Will, seriously? Who the Hell is genuinely expecting an RNS on Monday stating that the directors have bought 20 million shares each??? That'd be £30k each? What an absolute load of utter BS.
To remind everyone of those things the ramptastic squad really hates - namely, facts - the terms of the DDSPP as announced in the May 28th RNS commits the directors to spending between 5 to 10% of their net monthly salaries on UKOG shares. Work the numbers out and the only commitment they've made is to buy a value of between £1,400 to £2,800 pounds worth. Between then. In total.
For God's sakes, it's bad enough that Sando has such an estranged relationship with the truth without the cheerleaders spouting an equally farcical and easily disproven load of old cobblers.
Cynderlad
Adrian 20k ha ha ha
he is a small time player, I use to drink with him
1k at the most.
Raj
Adrian there no hostility in that last post... there is a production site producing oil at around 100 bopd ...nothing to see other than equipment and a tanker now n then .. but you know that... now ease up you've done well lasting on here since 27th July and almost 300 post
Adrian is posting like a good 'un because he now admits that he has £20k riding on his punt.
As I said earlier, if Sando only commits 5%, then the SP could and should fall. It needs to be 10%.
The short term punt for a quick profit is understandable, but with the rotten Turkey news and cash shortfalls to operate in the UK, then there will be another 1 or 2 placings this year. SP is going south between now and Xmas with a few spikes along the way. You have to be very fortunate to time a trade to make a profit.
Just my opinion of course. DYOR.
Hey. Rajah too much noise coming out from you
It's definitely Adrian, as his grammar and spelling is atrocious.
To correct, "If Sanderson ever gets off his ...." There are 2 f's in "off". Maybe you should think about Foxtrot Oscar and how you spell Off in that situation.
LOL
LOL
LOL
Watch that ticker now.
Raj ..adrian..you know there are tankers going to n fro from horeshill ok not as many as a year or so a go... the site is ticking along untill there's something new happening... as for pictures there's not a lot to see ..and if you want to walk the bracken filled path go a head ..make my day...
Raj, you are Adrian, bought in under different name after ****ging UKog off all year, we’re not stupid and don’t worry I’ll forgive you
Look like. Rajah in
Has he bought any yet?
Tells you all you need to know…
~£300k / 12 months = £25k, 5% to 10% of that will provide £1.25k to £2.5k. And IF Sando buys, then it would be the 5% given that he knows just how bad things are. If Sando does not go the full 10%, then you know the score and so will the market. A buy of 5% from Sando will see the SP fall as it doesn't take a mastermind to work out what that means.
Adrian, you would have been better off opening a CFD, if you could get one, just my opinion of course. But hey ho, you are accusing pboo of withholding pictures at WN, but are you yourself withholding pics/vids of tankers/flare at HH? You certainly will have been there a lot in the last 3 months, but posted close to diddly squat, wonder why!
they will place an order fill/kill for x million shares @ .0120p,MM,S will drop the SP to suit...
Their net monthly salaries are not of the order of £300k to £600k, so they will be buying very much less than that.
At circa £30K each for 20 M shares it would hardly be a ringing endorsement of UKOG's prospects now would it? Small change tokenism more like :-)
100% agree Ray .. I think the board buy will just the start of the rise here IMO .. the reversal on the appeal will make massive gains too .. gla .. uk United
'Peeps are expecting an RNS stating all directors inc SS have bought 20mil +shares each in UKOG.'
Those "Peeps" are going to be disappointed - according to the DDSPP any individual purchase over 1m by a single Director would be a bonus.
That would be Monday then.
"The market will be notified of the share purchases under the DDSPP on the next trading day via a PDMR: Director's dealing notification. Further details will be issued in due course."
Thank you Will :)
SENMON1:news tomorrow
Peeps are expecting an RNS stating all directors inc SS have bought 20mil +shares each in UKOG.
I am just asking for a little information please. A lot of people appear top be waiting for some news tomorrow...what news are we waiting for? There are a lot of differing opinions as to whether people should or shouldn't own these shares. I am interested in hearing what people think of the long term view.
