Once again - Brent up, UKOG down.
Be funny if it weren't so sad.
Ray.Thirtle
Great to see you gushing with all you lack of knowledge and bull.

Inconsistency as the pink are on the map is only 500m not 1 km
Not explained in this document
Pink area to the east and the a281.
Might be areas over here
Delft with in Nigle Moore’s proof
Doesn’t mean anywhere in the pink area is acceptable
I don’t see why all site selection is needed in this application
Surface constraints

Technical constraint
Q. Technical constraints not within this table at all. 11 &14
Yes, I not in this table but they were considered
Q Challanging the validity of the table
Why are sites 21 & 22 on this list when they are 1.2 km from site
To show completeness
Surely there are sites neared
Surrey questioned ?( missed point )
You should ask mr Moore why alternative sites not considered

>>>>> We do have an EA permit for this site <<<
This proposal at this stage will not give the financial benefits
The drilling would be specilist not local
No evidence of how much local services
let's hope so - and soon, and positive
Only one I could find was this one.

I thought the EA permit was issued ? Therefor no longer on the EA >>>consultation <<< website?
ocelot
I hope not. No news on seismic and Loxley EA permit has disappeared from the website. Can anyone else find it?

Looks as if news about HH, Loxley and Basur-3 may all arrive quite closely bunched together.
Still waiting for OGA and EA responses both of which are due imo.
EA consultation period closed 21 Apr 2021
FDP Addendum submitted to OGA prior to 30 June 2021
if it's successful. Any news on that score?
I'm not sure if it's the lse website or my old XP PC about to give up the ghost!

How many of the numerous predictions of unlimited wealth have come to fruition? None. Just look at the Annual and Interim reports and none of the POO prices or predicted flow rates have given a glimmer of hope imo. It is always what if and I hope that jam doesn't go off imo. Even if they ever get the injector working there will be some cost per $ for disposal. That is something we will have to look forward to in the future.
Price of oil is so relevant it's gone from $39/b to $80/b in one year.
Over the same period UKOG's SP has gone from 0.19 to 0.1375p.
The price of oil is only relevant to real world oil producers.
Speaking of which, I just started 'realising' some BP profits.
Hopefully they'll fall back soon and I can buy them back again, for less.
"It also makes the economics of Basur-3 very attractive."
But only if they ever find oil there Ocelot. The fact the well has had to be suspended while they shoot new seismic proves the interpretation on which they took the deal and came up with reserves etc is completely wrong. This makes Broadford Bridge look like Forties TBH
It also makes the economics of Basur-3 very attractive.
The operating margin originally anticipated was ($40 - $15 =) $25.
With the price of Brent at $80, that would become ($80 - $15 =) $65 an increase of $40 or of 160%.
Of course price of oil is relevant...$80 will give a much better income than the $20 it was not long a go
how much do we have? UKOG is supposed to now be an oil production company not an exploration company. We produce very little of anything so the price of oil has no relevance. Turkey does, so please UKOG send us an update.
I don't see how the price of oil is relevant to the current SP, It might be in the future but it isn't at the moment !
Put simply, IF IT WAS, the already massive spike in O&G prices since when oil futures were minus 3 dollars a barrel during Covid then the share price wouldn't be languishing at 0.14 and still down on the last fund raise.
Recovery here to anything tangible is based on success in Turkey or a big increase in production at HH...anything else is just pump and dump material...
Oil rallied at the start of the week’s trading on signs that the crude market is tightening because of a global energy crunch.
West Texas Intermediate topped $75 a barrel after a run of five weekly gains, while Brent hit the highest level since October 2018. Inventories have been drawing, with U.S. stockpiles near a three-year low. At the same time, a rally in natural gas looks set to drive demand for oil as users switch fuels... (from Bloomberg)
