More misleading or false information posting from Ibug.
I have just read part of the document he has linked to and it swiftly became clear the documents were for a variation to the present permissions to allow for at least four more wells, Hh3,4,5 and 6.
The present HH1 and HH2 are stated as having full permissions including for EWTs.
It matters not whether we have permissions or not. A drastic change to the site , and a check on the bunded tanks would need to be carried out by the HSE and OGA. I presume that the heat haze from the gas flare and the crane back on site says we are underway at last. IMO SS has had verbal confirmation that the written approvals are in the post!!!!!! SO lets fly.
GLA.
It's clear that this more recent document refers to planning for HH3,4,5, and 6 and explicitly states they have consent for HH1, HH2 EWT production and current storage.

Here is a link to all the "valid" HHDL EA permits. Real ones. Not fake ones. Not imaginary ones. None were issued by fairies. They are real EA permits and the only one valid for "Installations" is dated 2017.

Ibug
Gosh you are thick.
The last link clearly shows they have EA approval.
It is a EA 2018 document on the EA site and shows it superseeds your 2017 document.
Egg all over your face.
anyway the tanks are there ... and if accounts are true they're flowing oil into them. Tells me everything I need to know about the planning status
Pboo
Standard rules notwithstanding that is not what the current permit says or what was applied for.
I am still waiting for you to put up a link to a 2019 permit and you can't.
This is current.

Still waiting for a link to an updated permit.

Go to variation decision and then page 8
It states separate application had been put in for storage
This was Sept 2018

Still waiting for a link to an updated permit.
Of course it is an old plan. It is from the 2017 application which is the one in force.
It is a consultant that prepared that document you keep referring to. The application that recently went in was the 2nd attempt at it. Withdrawn in April. Re-submitted in July. They obviously did not pick up on all the mistakes.
Application Received EPR/BB3300XG/V005 11/01/19 Application to vary permit EPR/BB3300XG (Containment, storage, drilling HH3 - 6 plus reinjection well)
Application Withdrawn EPR/BB3300XG/V005 11/04/19 (Containment, storage, drilling HH3 - 6 plus reinjection well)
Application Received EPR/BB3300XG/V006 10/07/19 Application to vary permit EPR/BB3300XG
And no. I have admitted to 5 x 180 and 2 x 350. Please stop misleading others. You couldn't even get the tank sizes (200 barrels) right and yet I got the information from your photos. How can anyone believe what you say when you keep making it up.
The EA have got it right.
Ibug
That is an Old site plan 3 x 180
When even you have admitted to 5 x 180 and 2 x 500.
Ukog / HHDL would not state that the existing approval did not cover 500 tonnes if it didn't They would get shot down in flames by the EA.
Things change
Pboo
Here is the link to the current permit. Show me a link to the latest permit. Go on.
https://consult.environment-agency.gov.uk/psc/information-on-horse-hill-developments-limited/supporting_documents/Standard%20Rules%20Permit.pdf
Look at the tank sizes on page 3. 2 x 500 barrel tanks and 3 x 180 barrel tanks. Nowhere near 500 tonnes.
I am using EA official documents. Guess they know what they are doing.
Ibug
Cant you read what you have just put
Due to this change, the operating conditions of SR 2015 No2 can no longer be met, in particular the
distance from a watercourse and the limit of 500 tonnes storage capacity.
Oh no it doesn't. It says;
HHDL currently hold a Standard Rules Permit (SR 2015 No2 - EPR/SP3339YS). The proposed operations will require the
existing well site to be extended and the location of the storage containers for Oil to be relocated to the east of the
existing site. Due to this change, the operating conditions of SR 2015 No2 can no longer be met, in particular the
distance from a watercourse and the limit of 500 tonnes storage capacity. As such a bespoke activity (Section 1.2A(1)(e)
- storage and handling of crude oil or stabilised crude petroleum with a tank storage capacity of 500 tonnes or more)
is being applied for.
Ibug
HHDL
state in their latest EA application that the current permission under SR2015 no2 EPR/SP3339YS cover up to 500 tonnes. I'm sure they are not going to lie to the EA.
Oh no it's not. I'm still waiting for you to show me a 2019 permit. The EA publish them on line. They even record the status of permits online.
Ibug
The old permit is for oil storage up to 500 tonnes.
Cant you read.
Pboo
It is an application. It has not been approved yet. I keep giving you a link to the permit but you keep ignoring it. It is dated 2017.
"is being applied for" does not mean it has been issued.
Perhaps it would explain why they have not started flow test on HH-2Z. Heaven forbid I could be right. Mind you, I can't explain why they haven't put HH-1 back into test production. Can you?
Ibug
They already have approval for 5000 tonnes but the new application is to increase that to 5000+ and yes the pic shows 7 x 1300 barrels
