'This is an incredible report and deserves to be described as a landmark for the company especially since this has happened only since 19th August last year. That can be further lauded as the stake was increased at a time when it wasn’t obvious that it was the best thing to do. What has emerged is a very profitable, cash producing development and at a time when it added to the portfolio significant value and demonstrated significant management skill which in my view has yet to be recognised in the share price.
I am looking forward to writing another report on Union Jack in the next few days in which I will be looking at the rest of the portfolio. In the meantime the shares should be a lot higher. '
GreyPanther, TW is talking about the financial forecast figures for year end 2022 on the Arden report yesterday which highlight the predicted cash burn despite the Wressle income.

Winnifrith's views about UJO are IMO utter bo**ocks but I'd still like to know what he's banging on about so I can judge for myself. I'm too mean - or sensible if you're feeling kind - to pay TW for anything. So does anyone please have a subscription to enlighten us? From what we've been told recently by UJO, I can't see any near term funding issues, let alone the need for a further fundraising. This possible scenario seems very unlikely to me while the oil price is in the high $80's and Wressle is flowing the black stuff at a good rate. What debts can UJO possibly have, other than the well known Calmar production payment, and presumably the monthly invoices from Rathlin and Egdon? The ongoing work at WN and Wressle doesn't seems to require any wells to be drilled in the near future. Any thoughts?
For every £1m spent by UJO, on WN, RBD and its associates spend £4M
UJO earn £1m every few months from current assets, with the price of energy rising it diminishes any requirement for a placing.
I can hear David now.. " What the fcking hells he on about ?!! "
For the first time Union Jack is now cash flow positive covering all corporate, administrative and project operating costs
· As at 11 January 2022, cash balances of £6,270,045 and receivables of £1,568,521
· Debt free
isdeer....Whilst a funding raising is a nailed on certainty for Reabold Resources, as the subsidiary companies as well as West Newton are draining away the cash at an astronomic rate. The reason here is that the company will want to expand its horizons with further developments. I believe that the proceeds from the oil now being recovered from Egdon will not be sufficient to fund that in the future. Time will tell, and for RBD it's getting critical
OMO and G.L.
it's interesting that persi is floating the idea of a placing at the same time as that dope TW publishes another article ****ging off UJO and suggesting we have cashburn issues. plenty of cash in the bank, plenty of cash coming in, if you think otherwise show us some numbers persi
Persimmon
Why would UJO need another placing, given current income stream, repayment from Egdon and recent placing.
As for WN, UJO only have to pay 1/5th of the costs, why would they need to raise further capital.
While RBD I suspect most definitely will.
Heid Paid Ramper doing her usual of multiple posting effort to try to lure unsuspecting novice investors to part with their hard earned cash on a company that will never pay a dividend.
Ahoy there what do I spy....Another Placing me thinks!
#UJO Wressle will flow 900s BOPD imo.
Brent will get to 100 Dollars
Take off 9 Dollars for Capex, overheads etc.
David will be a happy chappy ..
imo.
Three cheers for Wressle...
