Tigra, point taken, but some other (aim, typically) firms with uncertain resources don't even have the backing of a 40%Wressle, be it ever so small.
cloves, don't keep advertising the fact that you are in far too deep.
That 'tiara' of yours is now in the past tense not the present
Yep the more we hear from RBD about Victory the more we know that West Newton is a duff!
"nonsense, ujo will do very well even if WN is a complete flop, it has a great asset in Wressle"
Even UJOs broker doesn't think Wressle is worth more than a few pennies per share.
Tigra, to be briefly positive on a rather negative day; when you have 40% Wressle, you're not as dependent on 18% W.Newton as another firm might be.
"...the immediate futures of both companies are so heavily tilted to one asset"
nonsense, ujo will do very well even if WN is a complete flop, it has a great asset in Wressle
Have dreams of being mid tier companies
Seems like some here have never heard of market abuse regs and the penalties for committing market abuse.
Quite easy to find info on them if you search.
How come hundreds of companies are able to release RNS every day without details getting leaked, but UJO have 3 in a row placings leaked?
Yes, the usual suspects may have some contacts in the city, but the source is closer to home, imo.
Any yes, if your news gets leaked not once, but twice, crashing the share price each time, you take action. You change broker, change your comms people, etc. You make sure your ship is tight, not allow a third leak and yet still do absolutely nothing (seemingly) to try and prevent it.
All DB is doing, by doing nothing is providing the regulator with an excuse to crawl all over their operation, should they see fit to do so.
And I am pretty sure that several posters here were talking about filing complaints with the FCA after the last 2 occurrences.
Not that any official action is likely to be taken, of course, and if they do take an interest it will likely be a couple of years before anything official is known, as that is how they work.
spike501. Sorry

I may have laboured my point quoting UKOG :)
TAC, other aim CEOs (yes, even aim) don't seem to suffer like this: are we to assume DB is just exceptionally, serially, unlucky?
"So how come UKOG, I3e and numerous other shares I follow manage to place without leaks?"
UKOG - are you kidding?
I3E doesn't leak as it doesn't fund by rattling the tin at bucket shops and flippers, it actually targets institutions.
So how come UKOG, I3e and numerous other shares I follow manage to place without leaks?
Some people really need to use a bit of the grey stuff on this matter." Son :)
Don't think it would really matter and Tom said Shard were doing the placing and thats still slipped out
Can't see any way he can prevent a leak. These brokers all chat. If their mates are invested they are going to pre-warn them. If you had a good friend that had £30k of his savings in a company and you knew that value could potentially halve, wouldn't you tio them the nod? The problem is, BMD, Tom Winnifrith and others have close contacts in this industry and get to hear it. They are only interested in a scoop or letting their chums know in advance. It is impossible to keep it quiet, I would love to hear someone come uo with a resolution to this instead of laying the blame at DB's door.
"Some people really need to use a bit of the grey stuff on this matter."
So how about using another broker?
If you took your car to a garage and they left your wheel nuts undone, would you keep taking it back to the same garage?
So why is David continually using the same broker with the same outcome?
Leaks? not even Pimlico plumbing could stop the leaks here......
heid, suing me for an opinion might be a challenge for you. Very happy to test my opinions against your complete denial that you have anything at all to do with UJO - other than being a poor innocent female sat on her bed with a laptop ?!
How do we make it happen ?
Heid
Do you not think Davis should do something about the leaks?
In my opinion it stops with the brokers and their investors. Really cannot see what DB can do about anything that transpires once he has told them. He's obviously not calling up Tom Winnifrith or BMD to give them the information knowing they would use ot to trash the SP. Some people really need to use a bit of the grey stuff on this matter.
The buck should stop from whoever leaks it.
I never knew there was a placing coming until Winnifrith tweeted it.
You tell me how he knew ?
I am genuinely interested.
you can grill me all you like but I have done nothing wrong
I support my investment, research and believe this will come good
Heid, if DB bears no responsibility for multiple leaks, where does the buck stop?
No. It is how my mind thinks and I post.
I do long posts if i take time an write them out.
Here we go again....multiple chief Ramper posts.
