royoboy.........I wish you would stop 'lieing' about my 'neather' regions, as it makes me want to point out how sic it was!
"I am all in Union Jack Oil".....yes you are Heid, everyone knows that.
Of course you are, but the downside is that if the worst happens, then the Captain (or in your case Chief Ramper) always goes down with the ship.
Some are cautious but I am all in Union Jack Oil. Bar a piddle elsewhere.
I am confident this will go well as with Wressle.
If it does not, I will stay till WNA result and my twitter will be closed and I will be gone for good.
No secret accounts for me. No paid twitter following either to make my numbers look impressive like some.
By the way ! I am 'very' perceptive and I have a good idea who controls some of the 'secret' accounts on twitter. Trust no one. They aren't so clever - the clues and facts are there on some tweets ! Very interesting to follow how they play it.

I think after last years placinggates that this has become a share simply for punters. Everyone wanting to make a quick return on speculation and wanting to avoid having anything other than free money on the outcome.
Seems there are no speculators left, as soon as there’s a sign of a result and a spike they’ll all be off. Question is who buys on a flow rate without the cpr and economic valuation? Add into that the Wressle prop squeeze and the stakes are even higher… the results of the prop squeeze will simply determine timing to the next placing … a good squeeze will delay it a bad one and it’s sooner rather than later…. The reason they won’t formally admit to the current rates on Wressle is they don’t want to start a discussion around the £2mm payment due on first “commercial” oil. It doesn’t help of course that Egdon are running in fumes and will be out rattling the tin as soon as the ps result is known ….they will of course need to pony up £400k if it works “commercially “ at current oil prices it’s commercial in that revenues are greater than opex… so they’re both faced with paying up £2.4mm pretty much regardless of the results of the prop squeeze…
Happy hear why anyone thinks this is not the case.
"I think people are cautious to see whether West Newton B1 Z produces decent flow rates. If it does "
Glory Be!! heid actually posting something cautious - now that IS a first on here...........
I suspect the lack of action in the SP is that a lot of investors are worried about lack of hard news from either Wressle or W Newton. With small oilers on AIm that's never a good sign
I think people are cautious to see whether West Newton B1 Z produces decent flow rates. If it does I see no reason why investors won't then be confident to invest ahead of WN A test. I have always believed in the potential prospect of West Newton along with the other assets that Union Jack has an interest in.
I love your optimism Heid, always have. The last two summers the SP steadily climbed every day on sentiment in the story and on the back of things like Chris Oil TR1s but it feels very different this time. Momentum is killed as 40p gets sold into. A lot of bad PR with all the new 2020 retail investors that arrived last year. Why do you think the price action isn’t matching your optimism - or is it dilution or are we just missing Roy’s ‘Viva UJO’s’ and the dancing native Americans on Twitter this year.
I’m still 100% btw just interested. Hopefully tomorrow it will kick off and we’ll have an old fashioned Friday Fomo
Notably new followers for me and likes on my twitter from new accounts.
Union Jack Oil on the radar now.
BIG few weeks coming up.
Yes Heid, the sells have intrigued me for a long time, in fact I tell people that they’re obviously just shorting/lending-out the buys. Whenever I’ve bought a chunk, even without the price moving, a similar sell is always guaranteed later in the day, and this is the pattern just about each day with no price rise triggering the sells. Too often to be coincidental in my book. No doubt the elimination of the less convinced is just about complete. Game on for the rest of us. Total no brainier as far as I am concerned.
Strange to run through some of the larger sells from the last few days. I guess it shows my confidence here as I would no way sell any of my holding.
These are Golden Tickets in my mind.
Great to see the flare today. Thank you to Hamilton Pete.
Also, Wressle proppant squeeze soon-ish, at last we may start to see the share price reflect the true value here.
Lots of work going on behind the scenes. Very grateful to all involved.
