Turbo/ 50% costs seems alot on the face of it. I wonder had anyone here been involved in another miner that's processed tailings and has an idea of costs and % recovery . The way I look at it is it's just sitting there and the profits can be used to drill more holes on the PGM project
I think there is a deal to be done with the tailing, the owners cannot afford to process them so its a case of agreeing a % deal lets say 10% for doing JS. So I think we said there may be $8M dollars worth or something like that then you have the processing it also says we can get around 70% of the actual amount out so quick cals.
$8m is the full amount 70% is $5.6M if it 80% $6.4M
lets then say its 50% of the cost to process, ( I have no idea but that seems high )
that would give you $2.8M or S3.2M
10% to the owners 280K or 320K
Leaves $2.52M or $2.88M
Now I don't know about you but that seems easy money to me you would have to do a 250M 1p share placement to raise that.
Just my thoughts

Thx Max and I agree that as so much is contingent on lab results mean we can expect delays in the feasibility exercise as such for the EH silver tailings and should manage our expectations accordingly.
Hopefully the numbers add up and this turns out to be a great opportunity and if not then as Nap says it is reassuring that Bill is practising due diligence in delivering shareholder value. Fingers crossed it turns out to be a worthwhile opportunity :-)
Take your point in likelihood Haddock. Fingers crossed. Given all this positivity does anyone have a read/view on why everyone and his wife appear to be selling? Exodus today would have Bob Marley spinning in his grave.
The higher the silver price goes the more likely the economics will stack up. This is the beginning of a new commodities boom.
This is what Bill said at the webinar on 20/4/21 regarding the Tailings:
“We are fortunate to have consulting for us a highly experienced gentlemen who has got 30+ years of processing tailings and we are in the final throes of discussing with various labs in Perth for some testing on some samples we already have from the tailings to get us to an initial understanding of extraction ability percentage methodology and therefore all of that we will then be able to put into a cost, what would the cost be to extract, and obviously from that extraction process if we are getting 80% or 70% of the sort of 400-450g material, what would the economics of it be. So we’ll keep you posted and watch this space!”
We might need to wait for lab results before signing anything, so this might delay things.
@PaulQ @tufftrader whilst it may be polite to issue a prompt notice to shareholders and the market at the end of the exclusivity period, there is no guarantee that an agreement will have been reached and no guarantee that any announcement will be made.
We may hear something on Monday, however I would say the odds are that we don't.
I have just had a thought, if the tailings is a no, i wouldn't take that as a negative, i would take that as a positive that the company is doing a deep analysis of the cost and profit, and that they are doing their due diligence and are focusinh on share holder value :)
Cheers Paul. Fingers crossed for a Monday funday. Given the spread of assets we have and the timing of all this, you’d struggle to find a share to be more confident in right now. Good luck manic miners.
@tufftrader they have toon monday as Sunday is the last day of the exclusivity agreement!
Today Aliens we should hopefully see silver coose above 27.5 an ounce and therefore be on point to break out above 30 next week!
Have Alien confirmed Silver tailings news is to come Monday?
