Pretty much agree with most of this on here, Ive been through the Mill here for a year or so and many times thought of getting out.. as we have been diluted to high heaven during that time.. BUT.. the price in that time has gone from 0.16 > 0.80 even with the dillution. Frankly the FACT that the world has changed beyond all recognition has meant the Precious metals are "potentially" on the edge of a bull run like most of us have never witnessed. I dont view UFO BoD as the greatest I have ever seen, Bill Brodie seem like a nice fellow.. and the lack of progress at times has been so frustrating. But on the plus side, the FED pumping Trillions of Dollars into the system is going to make the whole Precious Metals Mining sector go off like a firework (fuse already alight), and the gains to profit for miners are exponential. I think UFO (and many others) are in the right place at the right time, and I dont think 100 bags is silly talk for this (from my own average)
We need to get those deals done quickly and keep hitting good opportunites. Im just not sure if Bill Brodie is dynamic enough?, but time will tell, he's earned some trust short term.. Im holding and will be adding when the time is right for me.
I can see silver hitting $50 - $60 in the next 18 months.. I just hope im right as i reckon UFO will be +10p by then on the current project pipeline alone. thats an MCAP of under £300M (give or take some more dillution) !!! still peanuts for a company that could have 5 producing mines under JV!! + more projects on the go.. Of course I could be totally wrong here.. but its worth staying about to see IMHO.. dyor etc..
D1664. No offense taken at all. I think we're pretty much on the same page. For my part I'd like to see the jv with Capstone agreed and a sp rise to the circa 1.5p would be a good base and give me a little more comfort. Anything beyond that would be a nice bonus. I'd like to see us start making progress with the resources we have now as much as getting our hands on new projects. All the best
Distruptor its 30% as it stands and i dont think gervaise will sell the 5% unless a good price is offered. And its like a dragon's den moment to own 30% of it is great as they couldn't have got there without them. GLA
Sorry if I meant to come across as defensive Hop, it wasn't my intention.
I've tried to calculate future SP based on NPVs and asset values and % farmouts, but reality is that it's unchartered territory for us. I am waiting for year end to look at future valuation. In the meantime 1-1.5p would be a suitable resting ground.
No more share dilutions / placings and a solid focus on getting JV's and partners is where we need to be focusing on now. (capstone going in right direction) would be cracking to see UFO bag a partnership with a large cap miner, that would bring the exposure.
That's encouraging, ferg. Unfortunately the shares I have had previously that tanked, deserved to get a hammering due to managerial incompetence / lack of vision! So, being honest, it's novel to actually see a company release news when it says it will, and a CEO that follows up with what he promises shareholders... Maybe the AIM market isn't as clever as we thought.
Napth, would be nice to have less shares in play than GGP and own more than 25% ownership in our assets! We need to proving drills now / start making £ and not overstretch.

Completely agree with you on all points. My Covid ref was just an exemplar that anything can happen and we can't predict the future. I'm in for the long haul and hope for the best but will constantly reassess as things progress and change (as they inevitably will). Good luck to us all. It could be an exciting ride!
Hop it's a case of re-assessing and re-evaluating sentiment, PM runs, UFO progress and larger macroeconomic situations IMO.
If it wasn't for COVID 19 I doubt UFO would have had the opportunity to crack out of the gate. Nothing is guaranteed... Except it will get worse for fiat currency and economies before it recovers.
Yes snd that may delay things but it will also make metals price boom so we have the right strategy in multiple location Ls around the world, look at greatland gold, its not stopped and its been going 24/7 for over a year :)
I agree with you Nap... It certainly has the potential in terms of resources and the management team to exploit them, but there's a lot that can happen over 3 to 5 years... and nothing is guaranteed. After all who new about covid19 this time last year?
Cheers for the reply.
I'm long here happy to wait for gold
Multiples from our position today, where....who knows, so many factors could make this 100 bag in my view but that may take 3-5 years to get to that point
Guys really enjoying the very informative posts heretical, clearly a number here have concise knowledge of this company.I took a position on Wednesday, maybe Tuesday after some speed reading and in all honesty, gut feeling. Don't want to sound as if blarzey with my investments but my gut has been dead on before now.
Can I ask where you see the sp in 12, 24 months and 5 years if all goes to plan and mcap to boot?
Last last post from me lol
For people who have not researched Daniel Smith has 22% of KMG shares so i am sure he is more than happy with Bill's plans and may just add more
Who knows we will all have to wait and see
Daniel Smith is the sole director and shareholder of Kingmaker Metals Pty Ltd (“Kingmaker”). Kingmaker holds approximately 22% of the issued share capital of KMG. In the event the transaction completes and KMG undertakes the Distribution, Kingmaker will hold approximately 2.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
My final post on this - The link below is the original RNS of intent to acquire EH last December 2019
It has now been voted on and is part of the UFO portfolio.
I trust Bill and if its good for him its good for me as he know the region and the asset. let it play out and now focus on whats important and that is -
Donavon 2 JV DD completion
Iron Ore Geo team and potential next steps / JV options
I will now sit and watch this play out happy in the knowledge i have managed to get the level of shares i wanted
People will always sell and try and get back in cheaper but for me marginally trading a few shares is not my strategy
Today we have examples of people who have traded and want to trade again and who have sold out leaving free shares to run. That says it all for me and each to their own strategy, it is everyones choice but be honest when you post if thats the angle.

Sounds like Wentsland wants a lower entry point
You are a fine example of why I'm going to take a break from posting on this site.
The mind boggles
If EH really is a super rare world class silver cornucopia, how come KMG were only able to sell it to a tiny and obscure company like Alien, for a pittance? A big company with lots of cash in the vaults would seem a better option to me...Now KMG are exposing themselves to a lot more risks (dilution, silver price going down and EH going dormant again)...I can only assume (and hope) that Bill was able to give them some real short term guarantees that we don’t know about yet!
Wentsland, you're entitled to your opinion mate and I never have an issue with when someone decides to sell or slice as its their money and sellers need buyers who now have a vested interest for further growth, although I favour long term holds myself. I will say this, I'm glad I didn't personally try and trade GGP as now sat on life changing profits in just 10 months. The fact is no one including you knows exactly what will happen in regards to KMG shareholders and the share price. I tend to agree with Coldjoe that should we drop, we will probably see a lot of new investors as UFO is starting to gather a lot more awareness of late. GLA for next week and beyond :-)
Wentsland...
You keep assuming that KMG shareholders are going to be dumping their shares.
This is what the notice to KMG's shareholders stated:
"The Distribution will provide Eligible Shareholders with an ongoing interest in the Elizabeth Hill Project and exposure to
a diverse range of exploration projects through an investment in an AIM-listed company without incurring intermediary costs at the Company level."
I think you missed the words, "ongoing interest!"
Bill stated in the RNS:
"We look forward to completion taking place shortly, and I welcome all incoming KMG shareholders to the Company."
I think we should be taking time to welcome the KMG shareholders to UFO.
You've sold your shares early, and you keep trying to drive the SP down so you can buy back more cheaply.
AIM investing is not just about now, napthman1 is correct.
You should read the posts that long-term GGP investors have posted on this board. That is how you get rich.
Anyway, good luck to you.
I will keep stacking UFO shares. Anything under the 1p territory is a bargain considering where this is going to go.
COMEX Exchange for Physical (EFP) could cause force majeure on COMEX any day.
Also physical demand will increase significantly with Indian wedding season starting in Oct.
There is hardly any large quantities of physical out there.
I wouldn't want to be short!
Disruptor "UFO looks to be at the mercy of the MM's. I have never come across another share even on AIM that gets a hammering as good as this. Then again, maybe UFO is no longer flavour of the month and people have pulled out of AIM to bag some FTSE bargains after the blip just gone. "
Trust me if you were in EUA you would know this feeling all to well. They've had nothing but good news, licences approved and an ii placing at 22.5p and since then the share price has dropped 4-5% daily, was down around 40% for the month at one point. Doesn't make much sense but does seem MM's are up to all sorts of games, along with the other reasons you stated.
It's horrible seeing profits evapourate or things not take off like you hoped but as long as you remember what's in the ground you'll see a price drop as nothing more than a chance to top up, patience will win the day here, EUA and plenty of other companies not getting the sentiment they should be right now. (IMHO)
Could happen, on the bright side I believe that if we drop under 0.6 this week there will be a big buying pressure
Unfortunately you are missing the point, i do believe in this company, it could become a share at a lot higher price, but on it,s way to that higher price, there is money to be made on that journey.
I believe it will make it big, but on the strength of KMG shareholders selling , i believe it will drop further and before its next rise i will buy more.
Its just my opinion
No point arguing if it will go up or down short term, next two weeks will answer that... we don’t have a big mcap considering all the project, we have a lot of news in the pipeline + some cash now, on the other hand there is a big issue of new shares on much lower price (EH acquisition) so even if they won’t sell, market might drag the sp lower anyway...
Good morning wents
Your post below dated 13th January looks like it is about to come true in the next few weeks
If as you posted earlier this does drop then makes sense for us to all load up and then that defeats the object as it will rise
Depending on your size of holding it is a difficult share to trade and buy back so I am sat on mine and will let this play out.
Wishing you well
Value in this copmpany13 Jan 2020 12:25
I do believe there is value in this company and on Simons point the highest Sp value of 0.41 was achieved on news of the Donovan 2 exploration update, which was in April 2019 I believe, since then the price has declined.
My disappointment is that they have not moved quick enough to secure a deal or a Jv, because if the Mexico project really is that good, Companies should be inundated them with offers.
Only news-flow will propel this and I hope its soon, I hope a company steps forward to secure a deal and boom this will rocket, I live in hope.
Wentsland you're absolutely wrong but next week will answer that. And there are good companies on aim which grow and ill throw some at you now , so everyone else take note and ignore, wentsland has obviously made the wrong investments. Ceres power, Ariana resource, katoro resources, scotgold, greatland gold and there are more. Have a look at the graphs, ups and downs but overall they have gone up a 3/4/5/6 10 + times over the last 2 years or so. patience is always needed with shares Companies need time to grow it doesnt happen over night unless you time it perfectly
I dont believe we are consolidating, i believe we have further to drop.
KMG shareholders will sell for a big profit and some will move on and some who believe will buy back at a lower price.
This is AIM , its not about , this time next year etc ,etc etc, it,s about NOW.
Yes i do believe in this company, but there is a way to have your cake and eat it and if you get your timing right , you can.
We are all in this to make money, thats the simple facts.
Just to finish off , as for your graphs ,charts ,candlesticks etc, etc, no one has a clue where this is going , it,s just pure guesswork.
