Oil price touching $88 a barrel. TXP have made an enormous discovery at Royston that has gone pretty much under the radar/not priced in due to high water cut in the overthrust sheet spooking investors - despite this the Royston overthrust is on a long term production test earning high net back per barrel. The appraisal of the intermediate sheet in the next couple of months is going to be a game changer at these oil prices. Let’s not forget it was 97% oil cut in the lower sheet and over 500 bopd while incorrectly set up for gas in the poorest quality rock.. All coming together nicely here let alone factoring in the 10k boepd about to come online at cascadara/coho. All aboard

There is a One2One Investor Forum on Thursday Jan 20 at 6 PM London which is 12 noon CST (I am in Minneapolis MN)
You can makea free account on proactiveinvestors website . Then you can register for the conference (also free) and they will send link and also later e-mail reminder with a link).
There are usually 3 or 4 companies presenting for 30 minutes. In this case TXP is presenting third so PB will begin about 7 pm or 1 pm CST in US. I have listened to almost all of these live and I enjoy it. You watch the questions on the screen and you can enter your own questions real time. They do not get to all the questions but they often do a follow-up 5-10 minute segment within a day or two.
yes
Is the presentation being broadcast live please?
Water cut issues....
Take e.g. PR from PTAL today: "PetroTal is pleased to announce that CPF-2 has been fully commissioned and is operational, thereby allowing field production capacity of 24,000 bopd, water disposal capacity of 100,000 barrels of water per day and oil storage of 90,000 barrels at the field.
They're producing +20.000 BOPD now - and maybe 80,000 BO W PD.
Not sure how much water oil companies produces per day. US produces 60 million+ barrels of water. 10 million (?) barrels of oil?
This is one of the longer presentations I think and not one of the 4-5 minute blurbs .They often have an on-line Q and A messaging part and then Paul sometimes follows up with a short response to questions they did not get to, sometimes within a day or two.
Sometimes they update the corporate presentation before these longer presentations.
I had thought about that. I think that collectively we represent a respectable pctg. of shares. Maybe come up with a group name and develop list of questions we want firm answers to.
Or a four legacy oil wells with infrastructure in place with a combined likely production of 400b for $4m yielding at $35 net $420,000 and no “Shell issues.”
Plus the risk would be spread!
Personally I have no interest in a further Coho development well at this stage. Would make much better economic sense to spend that money on a Cascadura development well or even maybe a Royston intermediate well
An update on Coho would be nice. PB said it would be weeks not months quite a few weeks ago now.
"Figures on EWT" will definitely need a RNS in advance. Probably nothing new. We will hopefully get more of a in-depth view on the water cut issues.
Thanks Lexion,
All valid points.
Does anyone know if we are able to forward the wish list to the webinar host prior to the meeting?
Agree completely, however we would need an RNS prior to Webinar to have results on Royston EWT wouldn't we?
