Great news Re Cas 3 spud
With TD 6500 ft 600 ft higher than where Cas 2 ended up I’m expecting news in last week of March
If as expected we hit substantial gas pay then can really see no reason share price should not be into the 70p + area very soon
GLA
This whole year sets to be amazing, with many shareprice triggers.
starting with the one on the 8th of February.
The next one I can't wait for ,with so much happening right now.
Crazy Sp
That's 2 drills on the go so looking good for a lot of news over the next few weeks. So much go on my heads spinning .
Casca having bigger choke and more Prefs done I believe to up production, so really excited about this year and hopefully a share price of around £1.20 plus .
May have taken longer than expected to build the Casca facility but it's done and working and just need to drill and increase production.
Will we still knock Paul if indeed that wall of cash comes true and the company is moving forward as planned.
Bring it on Txp.
Exciting 👍😂
An Exiting March, curious to know what the Ace maybe that Domus is referring too 🤔
Thanks to Domus on discord, Cas 3 has been spudded, exciting month march :)
Had a top up today showed in red but who cares 29,000 odd was mine
Well for whatbit's worth Malcy still says 200p target, and as the oracle of listed oilies how can he be wrong?
;-)
Incredible you can still purchase these in 50/60p range .
This Month an beyond is transformational
Hi Johnoxxx,
Just read your post and realised I said RCF when it should be RBL. It’s still debt but the later the market attributes more surety of getting their money back whilst the former can be associated with an AIM lifestyle spin loan!
Let’s see which we get!
Tongue in cheek! Lol!
Usual caveats
Trek
Hi Trek, totally agree, but the only people who know what's going on is the LTH. You would think we are hoping to find 500 boed oil well, not a 40,000 boed oil wells (expected) with plant attached, going straight to the market and 2 wells being drilled if not started.
If you read the 88e RNs they sound exciting (not invested), here sounds like where corpse would retire and six foot under.
Disagree regarding Friday rns corpse, they announced td and logs from royston 1 which led to 20-30% increase that day
Todays rns was a formality and everything as expected and as others have alluded to hopefully this leads to RBL
Hi Corpse it’s just the 11% decline at Casca & coho workover that will grab the headlines due to the downtime but that’s behind us now.
If Paul can’t do the RCF with his banker mates with this revenue outlook then there’s no hope!
After that early days we are drilling into known capable producing assets but obviuosly there’s zilch attributed for that until we are FULLY funded.
Someone said March will be good. I think so. They also seem to be moving at pace on the ground for a change.
Usual caveats
Trek
So overall prodution the same AS WOULD OF PRODUCED 34000 DIVIDE INTO 30 days APPROX 1100 BOPD GETS TO 8500 BOPD have a good day all
Looks like we being valued at the gross NPV10 of $150m. Casca 2 on line and completion of workovers will transform next full year. Low decline wells are very financially attractive but it’s gonna be the drill bit that will transform the SP.
More production wells not only add revs but they smooth out cashflow.
Lots of sp catalyst ahead from those extra production wells to which the market is attributing zero value and of course the exploration ahead which will be full funded by cashflow/debt.
Now Paul has the reserves report I would expect the RCF to follow pretty quickly. The market is understandably punishing anyone that needs cash atm. The RCF should see a bit of a lift especially as Paul’s last business plan seemed to overlook the funding!
Still onwards and upwards!
Usual caveats
Trek
Any Friday RNs always treated as bad news, so even this one will go down as a wet fart. They will never learn.
RNS out
@ Sturm off topic
Take a look at CRCL
£14m mkt cap
Waiting for flow rates on two wells that hit large pay zones
JV with Angolan state oil co 18% share
I’m looking for 1000 bopd net to CRCL from each well - will soon know
GL
Those first two Casc wells were drilled with the idea to produce them, so they are dimensioned as a normal production wells.
Offshore they drill skinny exploration holes to go fast and cheap, but pobbly not so much on land.
Sturm, well in terms of oil I will leave that to someone else, in terms of other mineral extraction firms, I would suggest taking a look at CleanTech Lithium ( CTL ), I think over the next 12-24 months this one will be up multiples...
I like your energy, Smasher.
I've added a bit this week - we've seen before how the management buying plan can make this jump. So even without material news I think we could easily get one of the WTF? +8-10% days on Tuesday at the latest.
I'm ready for some FOMO. Also, at this rate of expected production increase, they're pretty much trading at P/E 1 from late 2025/2026. Hard to find a better risk/reward play.
OT: So. Apart from TXP, what small, but growing producers are worth looking into? (and not companies solely on AIM).
/Sturm
Crack on Paul as your doing a great job with money pouring in which will keep growing throughout this year and next. I wonder just how many other Aim oil and gas companies would love to be in such a fabulous position as us. Sorry to say but the Ceo has got us into a fabulous position to grow the company over the next few years .
So yes we'll done Paul and long may you continue.
Simon, that my take on it, may be more as the first to wells exploration and not production and production wells larger, so i believe.
Supersport, Agree. PB has much to answer for in terms of his ridiculous historical statements. Hopefully, he will probably be proved right over time but the reality is that he was promising walls of cash and giant reservoirs years ago. Further, there is just one month left for the company to confirm agreement on the increased loan facility, although, hopefully, the increasing cash flow will limit the requirement for such.
As a sizeable long term holder, I am hoping the fortunes of the sp improve for the better during 2024 and beyond. However, let's be honest, it has been a rocky road since the highs of 170p plus a few years ago.
A B C 1 2 3
I am getting confused with all the Cascadura wells there are that many of them!!
So the first 2 producing wells are at Cas A site which is where the processing plant is and Cas 2 and 3 are the third and fourth wells which have been and are being drilled from the Cas C site about 1 mile away from Cas A, is that right?
If the fourth well Cas 3 hits gas too then the plant may be maxed out at 200mmcfd when connected, thats a BCF every 5 days!!
